I was led to believe that the service call would be 15 dollars and that it would be about 35 dollars total for him to come and open my vehicle. Upon his arrival and him doing literally only 30 seconds of work to pry and open my car door, he told me that the total was 80 dollars... he said it was because he had to drive from somewhere else... first off, how is that my fault, second off, how is it justifiable to charge 80 dollars for 30 seconds of work. He didnt sweat, he didnt hurt himself, its not like it was unbearable outside... so I lost 80 dollars today to a locksmith that advertises online that it will only be 15 dollars. This is a scam. I was j ipped out of 80 dollars. Had I known that he was going to pry open the door that way, I would have found a crowbar and done it myself. He was nice, the fact that he opened my car is also nice... but for 30 seconds, I get charged 80 dollars? Really? Ps. I was just called again by the agent who was sent to assist me, and was basically being bribed to remove my review. Not only did this call make me uncomfortable because I felt bad for him, but it also made me feel uncomfortable because he wanted to meet me to give 30 or even 50 dollars back. I obviously said no to both offers as the idea of meeting again raised many red flags as to whether or not Id be safe, whether his bribes were legitimate, and whether or not I was wrong for feeling like I was wronged. Worse still is that he told me his dispatcher was not being fair, and that the standard fee for getting someones keys out of their car is 29.99. So on top of being given the run around, I was harassed, and now Im really worried that he will be fired due to the unfairness of his companies strenuousness. I feel that this man was wronged for being given wrong information or being treated unfairly, and I was wronged for being charged an extra thirty dollars based upon his location. If anyone should have assumed responsibility for the extraneous 30 dollars on my bill today, it should have been the dispatcher for making his agent drive an abnormal distance to help me (the client) get my keys.

My good friend left his keys up at the lake today, and when we arrived back in town, he realized his keys were all the way back at the lake! He needed to show up in court in an hour across town... luckily, after a few calls, we found Dependible Locksmith. A calm voice on the end of the line reassured us, and within 20 mins, my friend was back in the drivers seat... car unlocked, 2 brand-new keys and on his way to his appointment! The service was quick and friendly, the quote was the lowest of all the places we called... and it was taken care of unbelievably fast! If you get in a bind, and need help fast... this is the service to use. Personally, Tom, our locksmith today, just won 4 loyal customers! Highly recommend!!

Excellent experience..I called numerous companies for a quote on a new key fob remote and programming for my 2016 Ford Explorer. Tom with Dependable Locksmith gave me a guaranteed flat rate when I called that was way less than what the Ford dealer wanted with no gimmicks or hidden charges. The other locksmiths out there quoted me a service charge and said they would give me a price on site after they programmed it. (Im not that kind of stupid)..He arrived clean cut in a professional company labeled vehicle and had the new remote programmed in just a few minutes. So, if you want a great price, with great and honest service ask for Tom when you call them.

Great locksmith experience, i was in Phoenix for a long weekend and i needed someone to change out the locks in my rental apartment after the last renters. because i had a limited time in Phoenix i wanted it done quick and not wait a whole day for a guy to come out. Experience was great, from person answering the phone to the technician. Technician very friendly and courteous. Job was done in less than an hour. I had seven locks to change out and to new door locks. Little pricey than I thought but well worth the response time and friendliness.
