I lost my car keys and I needed a rekey for my ignition and door and I called every locksmith in my area and no one else even came close to this level of service. I worked with Tom and he was friendly, direct, and did his absolute best for me on the price ( not only the lowest in the area but it ended up being 150 less than what my own insurance plan would have charged me! ). When I called around to get price quotes, Tom was the only one who called me back and said Hey, I think I have an idea.. - which shows me he was truly invested in helping enough to pay attention even after I had hung up. Tom came out the next day, worked hard for a few hours, called people and used FaceTime to get advice when he hit a snag, and in the end he had magically gotten me one key that works for the ignition AND the door! Losing my keys has been stressful, but having them back at such a great deal with amazing on-site service; I am beyond thrilled and thankful. As I told Tom, There just arent words to express how grateful I am. They didnt make them. You are truly a Dependable Locksmith! :)

I purchased a used car and had to have another key and fob made for the car. I first called the dealership and was told it would cost me around 350 dollars. My wife then googled locksmiths in the valley. These guys were the first ones I called and I am glad I did. Was very pleased with their service. They did the job at my residence, was here within an hour after I called. The guys were very courteous and answered all of my questions. The best part of the day was paying less than half of what the car dealer parts department quoted me. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their services!! Thanks again guys!!

I called this locksmith company and spoke with someone that quoted me a $15 service charge and mentioned services strarted at $29.99. I said ok. It didnt take long for the locksmith to show up and he quoted me $45 for the job and $15 for the service charge. I planned $60 total (fair price I thought). The locksmith opened my door and then called a number to charge my card. He told the other person in the line to charge $160. I said, wait, $160?! He looked at me very nonchalantly and said yes. I said thats not what I heard. I felt cornered. Ultimately I had to pay $160. Very dissatisfied.

Usually Im ridiculously OCD about making sure I have my keys with me before I lock my doors, earlier this evening I was distracted for a split second and locked my keys in the car for the first time in 5 years. We called Dependable, and they had someone sent out immediately, Frankie was there in less than ten minutes! The dispatcher (didnt catch his name, sorry!) and Frankie the Locksmith were both fantastic! Super nice, and from the moment the doors locked until we were driving away was less than twenty minutes total! Would definitely use them again, although I hope I never need to!

Friendly, dependable service that I would highly recommend! Tom was fantastic help when we were locked into our apartment with a faulty deadbolt. He was at our door within 15 minutes, climbed up to the second floor and over the balcony to come to our rescue. He fixed the problem quickly and easily, and showed us what had gone wrong. He even came back the next day to install a brand new lock (which he had gone out to get), matching what had been in the door in the first place. Such a pleasure to work with!

My fault for forgetting my keys and not replacing a spare. Phone is dieing and Ive just gotten off a 12hr shift, been awake for over 24. Called the first locksmith on the list closest to me and it took around 40 min for him to arrive. Only spent about 15 min trying to work the lock after drilling out the keyhole and basically kicking in the door. It wouldve been cheaper in the long run to break a window and have it replaced. Complete waste, call someone else

My dealer provided key has broken twice in two years. This time, I talked to a few services before calling this group. Car dealerships were quoting $170+ for my key, other locksmiths were asking more. Dependable quoted me $120 and sent a guy to me right away. Very friendly and very trustworthy. Theres a good chance Ill go to these guys to make me a spare again sometime in the future. Highly recommended.

Tom came out within 30 minutes of my first call, was between 50 and 90 dollars cheaper than anyone else on the first page of google. He took the call, followed up, and arrived personally. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, I had my Mitsubishi Lancer up and running again. Couldnt be happier with the service, would recommend to anyone.

Great customer service, great work. I worked with Tom today to get my 2003 F-150 up and running. I lost the chipped key and Tom showed up right on time for the appointment. He also offered me a new keyless entry for an extra $20. These guys are a cant miss.
