have used Keys Please for over 20 years. The owner, Ernie Falgout, is one of the few locksmiths that can provide service to most any job that needs to be done. He has the equipment and ability to do: Locksmith automotive - including the newer electronic keys and keyfobs; Residential locksmith and hardware Commercial locksmith and hardware - including access control and high security and is licensed to do low voltage wiring. Ernie has the uncanny ability to look at the entire picture and inform you of anything that may be missing to support your locking system and help meet your required security needs. Because he keeps up with current technologies, you can always expect to have access to the newest security features in the field. If you are worried about not understanding this technology, Ernie can provide you with clear explanations. I cant tell you how many times this has helped us with a problem that was the result of the wrong hardware or the wrong programming. I highly recommend Keys Please to anyone that wants a professional job done by a qualified locksmith.

Ernie drove over to replace and program a new key fob. It turns out that the fob just needed to be synced after replacing the battery in the fob. He could of very easily played in my ignorance. This man has integrity. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, Ernie!
