first of all when I called to get a price they had told me it was only going to be $55. When the locksmith arrived he stated that he its was going to be $149 because he was a subcontractor.After we told him that we didnt want want to service anymore and that we would pay for the service fee of $20. He said he would be willing to negotiate. He said that we just had to give them a tip and write a review on either Google yelp or Facebook. He send me a text message with the link so this is me writing the review. Next when he was done with the job he made some really rude remarks regarding how we were in proverty and that we should get full coverage insurance so we wouldnt be ignorant when it comes to fees.this remark was done because he saw that my mother was of Hispanic origin. The fact of the matter is that he did not have any ethics because he was trying to overcharge us because I guess to him we were ignorant people. He did get the job done but my issue is how he dealt with his attitude and his professionalism.His name was David and the service was done on September 25, 2016.

The price was misleading. Its $29 to get to location then labor starts at $35. I have a 98 Saturn no power locks or windows it took the tech 15 - 20 seconds with an air bag and a stick to get in. I was gonna be charged $130 overall. Just dont understand the $65 dollar hike up. I ended paying $90 still dissatisfied.
