Not good at all. I called Metro and spoke with a very pleasant women Lori, i couldnt get my safe open and told her i was going away on Saturday and desperately needed my passport out of the safe,she said she could get some one out there same day to get it open, i asked her what the charge would be, she told me 150.00 i said great send him. I got a voice mail about an hour after i talked to her and she said she could not get someone out to my location, however, promises to have someone out the following day if that would be ok, I again explained the urgency of my situation and asked if she was sure ,she replied yes between 10 & 12, she was very nice and insured me that they would get it open and if they did not there would be no charge, i said ok. I was waiting that day it was around 11:00 and i got a call who identified himself as the manager of Metro and he told me that i was given the wrong information and now the charge was to be 400 dollars or they are not coming. No apology for the mis- information i was given, no 10, 20, or 30 % discount, no we will honor that rate ,nothing! The only thing this guy was, he was absolutely rude and no customer svc skills whatsoever, so ok i wasted 2 days now on a time sensitive matter because i called Metro, i told him that his customer svc skills needed some work and that i was going to write a very bad review. His reply was ok, i also told him since he was the manager i was going to share with the owner his treatment of my situation. I did this because I have been self employed with employees my whole life and if someone was possibly ruining my business i would very much like to be made aware. He said ok. I would not recommend this service and would not even trust a company that operates like this in my home. David

I had a vending machine with lost keys. I brought my 2 useless locks to Metro & Terry sold me 2 replacement locks for $69 (which I thought was high, but they got me operational). I mentioned I had a tubular lock without keys & I asked if he could pick it and/or cut me new keys. He said he could, for $45. I asked when they opened, but I was about an hour past that when I arrived. Terry & another guy were separately busy with something. I waited for Terry to finish what he was doing (he said he was on a webinar). In a few minutes he came to me and said he was ready to see it. My machine that had the tubular lock was in my pickup, in the parking lot. Terry brought his special tubular pick out and attempted to pick, but after a few minutes said it could not be picked and had to be drilled. I asked how much that was, and he said $45, but he could not do it then because he was trying to get back to his webinar. I said I could do that myself and thanked him for his time. He told me some line about how the lock was high security, but I have yet to find out what a high security tubular lock is. Or perhaps more importantly, what a low security tubular lock is. I dont believe they exist. Since they partially got me where I needed, Id say they are ok, but certainly nothing to brag to anyone I know. So, I guess you should use them, if you have to. First time Ive ever used a locksmith, so I dont know how they compare. This is my experience, take it for what its worth... ;-) January 12-13, 2015

FAST, efficient and honest! Describes our locksmith guy, Eddie, from Metro lock services. We own a small pest & weed control business and had small "crisis", with our keys locked in our truck. we called Metro and another company, we made a HUGE mistake by going with the cheaper quote of $44 . The other guy showed up late, and tried to sell us that the quoted service was now $215??!! what a waste of time...... we called Eddie back and he was here in 15 minutes and we paid EXACTLY the price we were quoted, $80! thank you Eddie & metro, for your integrity and timeliness! bugsy pest control Chris

My tenant called me about a lock issue and 20 minutes later a very nice man (Steve) was there to help. It wasnt a quick fix but he was thorough and included me in everything. Even went the extra mile and realigned my front door and repaired an extra lock while he was there. Huge help to me since I live out of state. My tenant said great things about the service and the quality of work. Saving this # for any future use. THANK YOU STEVE!

These guys are GREAT!! I normally dont write reviews, but I felt the need to write one for them. I highly recommend Metro Lock and Safe. I had been looking for a locksmith when my friend let me know about them. I ended up giving them a call right away, really happy I did. They provide quick, friendly service. If you need a locksmith, Metro Lock is the place to call!! :D

I had such a amazing experience. The key to my car snapped off and I was locked out. I called and since my car was a special case this man stayed and worked a new key and helped me for 3 hours. It was the nicest thing anyone has done to help me and the best service ever. Please go here because they understood that I work a grocery store job and wasnt over priced on it.

The operator was a very unprofessional and was literally talking back to me with a childish attitude. I hope that guy was okay with loosing a customer. And when I told him to tell his driver to not come anymore because of how bad I was disrespected, he said "ok" and seemed very happy that the locksmith didnt have to show up anymore. Worst service in my entire life.

Unfortunately Metro lock was an hour and half late, I called and there had been an emergency (I understand, I just would have appreciated a phone call). The technician was not aware he was late, so there was poor communication on their part. Once the locksmith arrived however, everything went smoothly and was professional. They did an excellent job.

Metro Lock was great for my rekey purposes! I called on a Monday evening and was able to schedule an appointment for Tueaday after 6, due to my work schedule - very accomodating. Steve H was who came out, and called to give me a time estimate which is very thoughtful. Steve was polite, informative, and worked efficiently. I would highly recommend.

Called to schedule and they were here in about 30 minutes. Job was done in about 30 and works great. Called around to several places before I asked them to come out for free quote and there price was also reasonable, right in the middle of all the calls I made. Very happy customer. Highly recommend and will use them again If I need locksmith.

I had a great experience with Metro Lock & Safe. I had an employee leave late in the afternoon, and for security purposes, I needed the locks re-keyed. I did not expect it to be done same day, but the dispatcher sent somebody out that same afternoon to complete the job. The technician was extremely professional and did great work. Thank you!
