The staff at Key management are dishonest, rude and would like people to pay and shut up, when that doesnt happen they come in the home without permission and lie. I havent had a working refrigerator for months and cant get it fixed. The shower door wont close and has been repaired once but didnt hold for long. The electricity keeps blowing the light bulbs and Key management wont fix it. Its pretty pathetic for more than 1500.00 a month. The company does illegial actions quite often and George the owner is aware but allows it to happen using the excuse he is "old and tired."

When i first moved into the rental house there was some hiccups, the carpets were filthy and i was not about to pay for the cleaning. we stayed in that house for two years until the owner wanted to sell. stay on top of your paper work. and if you dont get a call back or lease information make sure you call them. they did give us ample time to move out as well as an extension as finding a place was difficult. we left the house in the same if not better shape and received our full security deposit back. be nice to them and they will be nice to you.

My experience with Key was very, very positive! Alison always took great care of me and my property. Im an empty nester who couldnt afford to sell my house in the current market. They were very quick to respond to correspondence and tenant repair requests and explained thoroughly to me and to my tenants the terms of our lease agreement. They all have behaved ethically and professionally during the entire course of our business relationship. I can recommend them with complete confidence!

Very frustrating to get anything done. They are slow to respond to repairs, dont return phone calls, give you inconsistent information about processes and procedures. Ive been told "your request/concern is being processed" so many times and I keep having to call back to light a fire under someone to get help. I dont know what they are like from a property owners perspective, but as a tenant, having to jump through their hoops is a nightmare.

the worst property management company ive ever dealt with! always rude and disrespectful either on the phone or in person. i have had to make several phone calls every time i need a repair and they will NEVER return a phone call. it is quite obvious they do not care for their tenants at all. if you read this review before signing another lease do yourself a favor and keep looking!!

Sorry a$$ POS charge you 80 for your app fee have you bring them all your paper work pay stubs copies of social IDs ext Only to say none of that really matters its just about hearing from your current rental office an if we cant get in contact with them for whatever reason will stiff you for your 80 an rent it to some one else instead for whatever reason

We used Key for the three years we lived in the Phoenix area. Any issues we had were resolved in a timely manner. The owners of our home were very responsive and I think thats one reason why things moved along fairly smoothly. We did pay our rent on time and only moved because we were transferred out of town with our jobs.

They dont listen to future tenants that there are times that other property management that is very unfair to their tenants also rips people off on their money. When trying to rent they act like your buying the property instead of renting. They are very negative and will never be on the tenants side

the front desk was incredibly rude. I was following up on a phone call and she told me "she" wasnt interested and hung up. Well, it wasnt her I was calling back. I can definitely see why they would have only 2 star reviews. Try being kind to people, it may actually work for you!

BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE! When we moved in we were very specific with our "check in list" to let them know the problems with the house. When we moved out they tried to charge us for basically EVERYTHING we put on that list! We are STILL fighting to get our deposit back.

Poor management, house is falling down around my ears and I cannot get things fixed. George takes the cheapest bidder to repair anything. They arrive with Tatoos everywhere, torn wife beater ts and expect to come into my home. Dont rent here, folks... run!!!!!

Turn in the inspection paper. These people will not believe you unless there is solid proof. Your word is not valid here.
