I have a small fireproof security box I keep my important documents in, that I had misplaced the key to. I did a google search and called a few competitors and they said it would be roughly a $40 or so dollar charge to get it re-keyed. I just happened to notice the locksmith sign in the window to Brownies the other night, and it was much closer to home so opted to just check it out the next day. The gentlemen at the desk was very professional, recognized the lock and had a new key may in less then 5 minutes. I only got charged about $15 and couldnt have been happier with the service and knowledge. Thanks again Brownies, Ill definitely be referring and youll get my follow up business.

I called to ask if they could cut a key for me. I had one of those keys for my car I ordered that needed programming. Gal says "Sure". I stop by, she cuts the key. I never thought to ask "How Much" as it took 30 seconds, I have done this before.. couple 2-3-4 bucks?? . Gal says, $10.95. I said, "Thats pretty steep to cut a key isnt it?" She says, "At least you did not have to pay the dealer for it" Logic of it being ok to over charge me based on that escapes me. Too bad.. I wont be back.. and I obviously am telling the story.. Shame.. Stay away

I just got a new Vespa and it only had the "red" key, so I ordered 2 "blue" blank keys online. I went to a local chain store and they would not make the key for me, so I called several locksmiths in the area and none of them would do it for me. That is until I called Brownies Locksmith the owner Rod said he could do it. The most shocking thing was he does not charge for copying keys, he spent about 15 to 20 minutes of his time and did not charge me a dime!! I just got home and the keys work perfectly!!! Thank you Rod, you made my day!!!

I had a safe that was a dial lock and a key combo. We lost the key in a recent move and needed documents in the safe. They tried contacting the safe maker to cut a replica key (in order to save the safe), but unfortunately the maker said it couldnt be done. I needed into it sooner than a key could be ordered, so they drilled the lock for me. During this whole process they were very nice and the price was reasonable. They even carried the safe back out to my car for me. I would recommend!

I was quoted 49.99 + tax to get my car unlocked and in the past I have apparently used sketchy "locksmiths" because I was expecting that 49.99 + "tax" to be 49.99 + 100.00 "tax". NOPE it was seriously 49.99 + tax which came to 52.36. Use a legit local company next time you lock yourself out. A+ service and a great price.

I locked myself out of my car on one of the most important days of my life! I was supposed to be at my sisters wedding, and in all of the rush, I managed to lock myself out of my car. My sister would have been so mad if I missed my wedding. Brownies showed up and took care of it for me. I would highly recommend him!

I did not do business with this company. However one of their service trucks pulled out in front of me while driving on a very busy road in draper. I locked up my brakes and skidded and the semi truck behind me locked up his brakes. This incident was a near miss of a serious accident.
