Disappointed to find out that there was a $50 service call fee not applied to any of the bill. No mention of it on website or in conversation prior to waiting a day for someone to show. Was told the fee would be one price then had to ask for an invoice after the service only to find out the invoice price was different than what was talked about. Got into a whole "he said, he said" and easier to just pay it than continue. The locks got repaired but not the best feeling afterwards with the surprises. Discuss everything up front and get it in writing ahead of time!

One of the best experiences I have ever had. Carlos was a saint. I was locked out of my car. He spent an hour trying to get into my car, in the scorching heat. Couldnt do it. Not his fault-I just have a POS car. I finally begged him to just break a window. He didnt want to do it, but as I said, I begged him to do it. He did it and then didnt charge me for the service call because he felt bad about having to break the window. I love him! What a class guy! Believe me, I will still pay him for his service!

I was with a friend when he accidentally locked himself out of his 2015 Chevy Impala. I called C&S locksmiths. Had a locksmith on site within 20 min. He got the car door open faster than a player on Grand theft Auto. Very professional attitude. And done all this at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again...

Called in to request locks to be changed same day as their website says 24 hour service and I was immediately cut off and told "NOT GOING TO HAPPEN" and then was hung up, this is the most unprofessional experience I had. I would call Intel they were courteous and said they would arrive in 45 minutes... talk about service!

I went in to get a key cut based on a code. They took the number, made the key, took my money, handed me the receipt, then asked who made up that stupid code because a 6 and 1 should never be next to each other and I would have issues with that key. How about saying something before taking my money?

Carlos is an excellent locksmith. I brought in a lock that had no keys and he quickly located and fabricated the correct fitting keys. The shop is well organized and clean and he offers friendly, knowledgeable service. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Nice friendly employees. Prices are firm but within a reasonable price for the service they provide. Had a key for my F150 with a chip here made and a keyless entry remote. All under 100$ a lot cheaper than the dealer. Has a lot of keys and locks in stock
