Came here for the first time back in February to get the LCD fixed on my S4 on a Sunday. I called them and not only did they offer competitive price, they were able to do it in an hour or two because they already had the part in store. I dealt with Thaddeus when I arrived. The guy could not have been more helpful. Looked at my phone, confirmed what we discussed on the phone and replaced my screen with no issues. Fast forward a few months to yesterday. I recently have been having issues with my 4G signal on my phone. Cant make/receive calls without issues, texts sometimes dont send properly, etc. Ive been to Verizon to see if its a software issue but the people they employ arent the sharpest tools in the shed. I did a hard reset on my phone and still had issues. As a last resort I decided to go back to CPR to see if they could diagnose the issue. I went on a Sunday so I dealt with Thaddeus again. Told him the back story and that I just wanted him to open the phone and see if anything looked out of place. In less than 5 minutes he was able to see that the 4G antenna cable had exposed wire where some of the insulation had come off. He told me he could fix it but did not know where the part was at the moment and that I could come back during the week. Did not promise me any special prices, but was honest and said Im not sure Ill have to find out. Dude is the man. Knows what he is doing, is honest, and doesnt promise you the sky like other repair shops. Use this place, and ask for Thaddeus!

Terrible and insulting service: I had a screen glass (no display) to replace on my cell phone and so I contacted them and was told that it has to be ordered and if I want it i should come in and leave a deposit. I did drive over and placed the required deposit and was told they will have the screen in 3 days and call me. I waited a full week before calling to find out whats taking so long. Nick answered the phone and after I told him what I am calling about he put me on hold. 9 minutes later he picked up the phone like it was a new call. Never came back to me in 9 minutes. He then said the glass was delayed and will be in the next day. that means the 9th day from leaving a $104 deposit. When I complained about the days I waited and the waiting on hold, Nick told me: "Why dont you come in and get your full deposit back, this way we wont have to fix your phone and you will be happy". Needless to say, I drove over again, a 30 minute ride and picked up my deposit. I then went to another shop in Hicksville and had the screen plus an L.C.D display replaced within 3 hours. For $15 more, I had same day service and a new L.C.D display, all new original Samsung parts. The reason I gave them a star is they did refund my deposit. I will never visit this store again or recommend it to anybody I care about. 100 good reviews do not make up for 1 bad review I feel compelled to write. This was the worse service I have experienced in many years and the way I was spoken to was insulting. Shame on you

I first went to CPR repair 2 weeks ago and talked to Nick about how much it would cost to fix my phone.. He gave me a quote of 149-179. I asked if he can do it for cheaper cause the deductible on my phone through insurance is 170. He said he would do it for $160. I came back the next day to get my phone fixed he said $175 with all the parts and it will take 90 min. So in less then a day it went up 15 bucks.. I went back later that day to pick up the phone and it seemed to been working fine- When i got home i noticed my camera did not work properly. The back piece was was off center and covered half the flash so every time i take a picture it comes out yellowish. I went back to the store and they admitted they put the wrong back glass on. ( Who does that?) I asked them about replacing it with the correct one. They wanted to charged me an additional 40 bucks to replace the back on the mistake they made.. they Tried to give me an excuse that the the back was cracked before and they replaced it for free and wasnt included in the original quote..that doesnt make any sense- (again who does that? )- I was given a quote of 175 to fix the phone not $175 plus $40. These guys changes prices as they go, gives you quotes and then changes them- fixes phones with incorrect parts and blame you These guys are scammers do not go here- I put the same review on yelp and added PICTURES of their "work"

Let me start off by saying that I have been to a few phone repair stores in my day so its not like Im giving this review based on my 1st time experience in this store. I have a new and up coming phone made by a very big company in China called Huawei. Ive had apple phones and Samsungs and this phone beats them all hands down in every way. The same way that Justin at CPR destroys the competition. His professionalism during our first phone conversation had me driving from Plainveiw to Amityville to bring him my phone for him to look at. The screen was shattered and the bezel had a big chip in it. I wasnt getting my hopes up being that my phone is made and only available in China that my phone could be repaired anytime soon or even at all. Justin took the time to research the parts I needed, assured me that he could get the screen but not the bezel and make the repair in a timely manner for a very good price. He told me 2-3 weeks because the part had to come from China. A week and a half later, Justin called to inform me that not only did he find a bezel for a cheap price the phone would be ready for pick up THAT DAY!!! I cant stress this enough, if you love your phone, ONLY bring it to see Justin at CPR! Thanks again Justin.

Ugh...the bald guy in the front is nasty. He is not a technician and does not know what he is talking about when it comes to fixing phone, phone prices or plans. He is loud and obnoxious and claims to know it all. Save yourself a trip. The facts are: Existing customers that have had plans for years are grandfathered in and can still take advantage of offers of free or discounted phones. For example an new iphone for $199 or a 5c for $50. Where as new customers getting plans now will pay for their phones in their monthly bill. This guy agrued with me, that I will pay for a new phone monthly without knowing it and no such company will give a $500 phone discounted or even for free. When I said Sprint does, he loudly told the other customers standing there, we should all go to Sprint they give away free phones, mocking me. This guy is a big doofus. Know you stuff Mr. pretend phone fixer.
