I have an all in one gateway. I was at the end of my patience with this pc. The power button was not working because of me, the screen would go black and I couldnt turn it off or reboot, my touchscreen was not working, etc. After Garage PCS finished with my pc not only does the power button work, but the screen is ON yeay and the touchscreen WORKS again.. woohoo On a serious note, the honesty from Jorge and Garage PCS is something that I appreciated the most. He called me to keep me posted as to turnaround time, prices were super reasonable, and he walked me through every little detail. Did I mention they picked up my pc and brought back. Yeah I will continue to do business with Garage PCS and also would DEFINITELY recommend them to any and everyone who needs pc repair. Sincerely. Daniela S.

We had been having server connection problems. We called our trusted, courteous and knowledgeable computer professional (Garage PCS) on a Sunday afternoon. As usual he promptly responded and worked on our system until he resolved the problem explaining the process along the way which provided my husband with a better understanding of our computer. We have had Garage PCS for about 6 yrs, and only had to utilize his services twice. He regularly keeps in touch with his customers to ensure that things are working OK. We would definitely recommend Garage PCS to anyone that needs reliable computer service.

Our orthodontic office began using Garage PCS over two years ago when our office had been having intermittent problems with not being able to connect to the internet at all times. Great service! I went to PCW and got the run around for about a week. Called Garage PCS and got to talk to someone that was interested to help me with my issue. My motherboard was fried and the tech not only fixed it but went through the effort to show me the work done and the reason the issue happened. I was able to ask questions and get a better understanding of my laptop. Thanks Garage PCS! A real tech doing the work not a 12 dollar an hour idiot like at must places.

Wonderful experience to say the least!!! I had over 53 viruses on my laptop, and was worried about loosing my sisters wedding pictures that I had just saved the night my laptop crashed. I called Garage PCS and they put me at ease. I was told not to worry that I would not loose one picture. At Garage PCS I received a fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Wonderful Service!!!! I was experiencing configuration issues with my router and I didnt know where to turn. Then a friend recommended I call Garage PCS.. Im so happy I did..They came right out and my pc was fixed in no time! Fast ,friendly service and great prices too. Ill never call anyone else but Garage PCS from now on.. I spend a wonderful afternoon with a top computer professional. I wasted hundreds of dollars with the Geek Squad, Office Max, and those friendly guys in India (not friendly). They robbed me. The guy they send really knew how to communicate and knew what he was doing. He is also an expert in computer security. The price was right and he stands behind his work.
