Found a Great place to fix my computer on Deer Park avenue in North Babylon, the name of the shop is "Digitcom Computers" Im so happy and pleased with the outcome of service price and honesty of the owner Ben. My computer has needed work for over a year, the hard drive had to replaced, however, I have had a fear of someone charging me a crazy amount of money for unnecessary work. The owner Ben showed me things about my computer I just never knew, his instructions alone were priceless! I now operate my computer differently because of his instructions and advice. Oh! And all my data was transferred and saved. I realize the advantages of taking my computer to a small store vs going online and or going to a larger store, where service isnt personalized. In the pass, I have called Dell, they are like robots who have tried to sell me another expensive warranty or a new computer and online I never know what Im getting! I found this shop riding down Deer Park avenue, I saw the "Digitcom Computers" sign from the street and I stopped in first to inquire, I took my computer in on Wednesday and it was ready for me Thursday, Ben understood that I needed it for business, it feels like a brand-new computer! I highly recommend this shop to fix your computer issues and or crack phone problems thank you "Digitcom Computers"

I have been going to Digitcom since 2008. I have always been treated well. I understand computers and have been buying parts to build my own from here for a long time. They have never tried to sell me stuff I didnt need and have taken the time to explain any questions I have had. There have been times when I have had trouble putting in a new part or installing software and after calling them for help, have taken the time over the phone to make sure everything was done right and working like it should. They have incredible knowledge of not only the newest computer technology but of past technology as well. And if they happen not to know will look up the information for you instead of making something up. They usually have parts in stock but if they dont can get it in a day or two. Again I have been shopping here for 11 years and have never had a problem. Always friendly, always knowledgeable, always treating people right. I guarantee you will not regret shopping or getting help here.

Just got back from Digitcom. I brought in my mothers iPhone 6 which had a cracked screen. Id tried my hand at fixing it myself, ordering a replacement screen off of Amazon but failed miserably and decided to take it to a pro. The owner took a look at the replacement parts Id ordered and agreed to knock off some of the price and explained exactly what needed to be done. Having quoted me a generous price he sat down to work straight away and my moms phone was as good as new in around 15-20 minutes. He brought it to me and tested everything is front of me to make sure everything was working perfectly. He seems very knowledgeable and very honest. The price was great, the service was great, even the conversation as I was waiting was good. Will definitely come back again should I have another mishap with one of my pieces of tech. Highly recommended.

Digitcom Computer provides the highest level of technical service at a fair and competitive price. The staff is not only extremely knowledgeable but more importantly they listen to their customers. Unlike some PC repairs center, the Digitcom staff spends time with you to fully understand your computer issues. My iPhone 6 screen broke in august I took to a kiosk in the mall the charged 118 to fix it with in 3 month the screen was popping out.. I went back for them to fix it but they gave me a song and a dance.. I was upset but one day I went to eat at dennys n I saw this shopped walk in n started to ask question n they know what they r talking about.. made feel like my phone was in great hands..they explain to u the due n donts about the phone..the price is under $100 n same day fix.. I am about to take my tower for them to take a look at it.. love this place

I came into this place after I dropped my laptop and the screen broke. Ben, the owner, is very kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and even taught me a bunch of stuff I didnt know. He is really dedicated to his customers. It was fixed in a week and the price was very reasonable , probably the best I was going to get. He also fixes Iphones right there in the shop for very cheap. If you have any screen that is broken do yourself a favor and go check this place out, you wont regret it!

I have had the best experience coming here! Digitcom was extremely helpful when my computer had crashed and I thought I had lost everything. They took the time and managed to salvage all my pictures and documents! They had me come in to check over every picture to make sure everything was gold before I completed my transaction. They also told me when I get my new computer they would help me transfer everything back from my new external hard drive! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I panicked when I thought I erased my documents from my thumb drive. After discovering thumb drive was damaged, Digitcom was able to retrieve all the documents and free lesson on the handling and use of thumb drive. This is the third time I have had repair service done. First computer, then tablet and now thumb drive. Each time I walked away a happy customer. I will continue to use them in the future.
