I brought my computer in to A+ Computers because my fan on my tower computer was making noise. Isabel was not able to re-produce the problem. She did a diagnostic on the fans and also on the hard drive. She said that nothing was wrong with the hard drive and that I didnt need to get a new one. To make a long story short, my computer no longer made noise after I brought it to her and when I brought it back home. I later determined that there was something was getting in the way of the fan. When I packed up the computer and brought it over to A+ Computers, I guess that debris dislodged itself and thats why she wasnt able to re-produce the problem. So, in the end she didnt charge me anything--not for the diagnostic tests that she ran for several hours. She simply said, "Theres no charge." I know many other computer repair shops would have at least charged me something even if they couldnt fix my problem. Kudos to her for her honesty and integrity. I am glad I have found a trustworthy computer person I can go to. UPDATE: Ive gone back two more times to get my computer upgraded and hard drive repaired. I stand by my five star review. Isabel was thorough in every aspect of the jobs she did for me. Im glad I found a reliable tech to go to.

Used their service for a hard drive data recovery, after being told by Geek Squad that the data wasnt recoverable by them and had to ship to a recovery lab to recover the data for $1000.00 and up decided to look for someone locally and found A+ Perfect on google called them and the lady I spoke to said we can take a look at it and let you know if the data is recoverable if we cant recover we dont charge those were her words she then called the next day with the great news that the data was recoverable for a fee of $300.00 I would recommend this place for data recovery and computer services... Thank You so much for saving my business a very happy new customer...

After taking my MacBook Pro to the Apple "Genius" and them not being able to fix the drive issues, due to FileVault failing and making the drive unstable, I took the computer to A+ and she was able to recover all data at a very reasonable price. Also, very professional and quick. Thank you!!
