My laptop went totally Black Screen (still running) but no picture. I showed up on their doorstep at 10am opening time and was greeted by their super friendly and furry welcoming committee. Both Mike and Dan were fantastic. They helped me understand the problem and then gave me a few options for solutions. I opted to purchase one of their ThinkPads and then they moved all of my files over for me. I was back home and up and running again by 12:30. They gave me a great price on the used laptop and gave me a credit for what could be salvaged from my HP laptop. I work in the customer service industry and can be a tough critic but they were truly exceptional and if I have any questions I know I can call them at any time. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs help. 5 stars without question!!!!!! Thank you both sooooooooo much!!

I recommend to family & friends. Use for all of my office needs - never get anything but the best service and everything when they promise for the amount they say. I like that I can trust them fully, and cant say that for many places Ive used for the office. I trust them so much I buy everything for my home computer needs here too! You wont find a better, more trustworthy, more reliable place anywhere around!!

I called Computer Heads when having trouble with my Point of Sale System. I brought my hard drive to the staff there and was greeted by the owner who promptly took the hard drive and began working. He had my business up and running with hours! No stress, hours or the phone with tech support only to leave more frustrated! Fast, knowledgeable,friendly service that was affordable too!

Surprised to see they moved into the corner building next to the old place, but then again last I was in there the shop was a living room in a house. Very nice people I really liked how the guy was able to help me get a computer, put upgrades in it, and we were able to make it work out in the end without braking the bank, haha

I tripped over my power cable and destroyed the power jack on my laptop. I called many shops in the area to get quotes. Computer Heads had the best price and returned my machine within 48 hours. Most shops I contacted couldnt complete the work quickly.

Fast, courteous, knowledgeable, honest. If you value your time vs trying to fix it yourself (take it from me, dont try and fix it yourself) Computer Heads are well worth your time.
