I love Dominion Tech it is where we have gone with all of our computers. I have found that the staff are wonderful and I was delighted when it was recommended I make a few tweeks that would enhance my performance. On one occasion one of the children dropped my computer on accident and since it was my laptop that all of my writing was on - they had it fixed in a day. On another occasion I had a faulty computer and Dominion Tech went to bat for us with the manufacturer and was able to receive a full refund when under normal circumstances this would not have been the case. Love you guys, you rock!

I have worked with Brian and his team for several years. They have very helpful with everything from repairs on my laptop to strategic IT questions for my business. I dont know much about computers but I do know customer service and the folks at Dominion Tech have served me well over the years. They know I dont "talk computer" so they explain issues and options in ways I can understand. Only once did I have an issue, given the wrong power cord, but they fixed that promptly and apologized for the mix up.

They are responsive and have a very experienced and professional technical staff that not only helps to resolve our issues, but makes sure that we fully understand the root cause and solution. The "President" is an unprofessional, incompetent, moron. I believe thats putting it lightly. Which leads me to believe the staff are no better, of course, due to having to answer to someone with horrendous people skills. Its unfortunate. I do not recommend, in fact, I believe you should avoid DominionTech at ALL costs!

These guys wanted to charge my mom 59.95 for ten minutes of work!! Are you kidding me? Slap me in the face and call me charlie that is horrible. Go to Recycle North they charge 21 dollars an hour and didnt charge her a penny for her fix! Another good one is Champlain Systems they are newer and are 25 dollars.
