Went in to get windshield wipers, and was greeted with a hello as soon as I walked in the door, but no mention of "do you need any help?" just a simple hello and then he walked away. I was staring at all the choices for a good 15 minutes and not one person came over to see if I needed help. After finding what I needed, there was one employee in front and 3 chatting in back, and it took 10 minutes for them finally to go back and ask for more assistance up front. The lady rang me up, did not even say hello or how are you, just grabbed my items, gave me a number, and I paid and walked out. Nobody asked if I needed help putting the wipers on (which i did) but some nice by-stander in the parking lot saw me struggling and helped me put them on. Terrible customer service.

Im a manger at lewiston road and most ppl who come in for wipers know the size they need so if no one asked you im sorry for that and 9 times outta 10 if we see you standing there and you have the look of " i cant read a book and find the size we come help" all of my guys are awesome and wpuldnt trade them for the world so if you need the help for a headlight or wipers come to us we can usually do it some cases were we cant bc some cars need the fender wall taken out to get to them...I know alot of ppl like to think were a service shop WERE NOT..so dont get mad if we cant do something we do what we can so im sorry if you had a bad experience truley i am sorry

went in there on sat, june 15, 2014,got a set of frt brakes for my silverado,,,,,,i drove to warsaw to have my son put them on,,,,,,when he went to put them on, 1 had a crack in it & broke,,, i had to buy some at advance,( i got the premiums pads for only 10 $ more )..when i went to get my $$$ back , i dealt with rachal ,,,,,,she was VERY RUDE,,, i even told another employee, he agreed,,,,,i will NEVER darken the door of that store again !, and will tell everyone i know about this rude *****

I will never shop there again!!! I had to buy a car battery over the phone. They double charged my credit card and have refused to reimburse me the money for their mistake. All Ive gotten is a a bunch of runaround excuses. They keep insisting that they have given me my money back and refuse to see the proof that they havent. I will never do business with a company that blatantly steals from their customers. My recommendation is that no one else should either.

Most AutoZones suck this one takes the cake. Filled with black thugs and fat white crack wh*res. Actually saw someone steal while I was here, set off the alarm and watched the manager rush outside like he was gonna say something and just lit a cigarette. Make sure you lock your car because the crackheads in the lot will definitely rob you.

Nice place , very good on returning parts. Sometimes phone numbers get lost in there computer. Not the stores fault but there steering box rebuilder cant rebuild a steering box on his best day.

Some difficulties with counter staff. They stripped two battery terminals in two of their batteries by cross threading my positive post into them. Finally I just did it for them.

Yeah there are a bunch of dum dums working here. Dont count on the employees for much help. I suggest you educate yourself and do your homework prior to walking in.
