Its amazing what politeness, fair pricing, and quality service will do for a business. Ask anyone who knows Thomas Wheel Alignment, and they will rave about it. I tried them out for the first time about a month ago and could not have been happier. One of the ladies in the office looked up several pages of print outs of tires that fit my car. I asked her to make a recommendation based on how many tires they sell of each brand. She went down the list giving me pros and cons of each tires within my prices range. Instead of trying to sell me something I didnt need, she pointed out some quality tires I could afford and let me make the decision. To top it off, the price was extremely fair and I was surprised when they called me a day earlier than I had expected to inform me my car was ready. I couldnt pick it up that day and the lady on phone told me it was totally fine to leave it there until I could come by. Any competitors of Thomas Wheel that ever read this...remember, customers can tell whether or not you respect them and care when you help them. At Thomas Wheel, the service and respect are as real as it gets.

Already loved these guys but had not written a review. I was moved to do so after I had to use a different shop north of town as that was where my car dealer had negotiated a special rate and the car was not drivable. Wow! 4 days later I am still waiting for my car and a follow up call - this is after I walked in on day 2 to see what the heck was going on and was told they should be working on it that afternoon! Thomas Wheel are always polite, communicative and the best prices in town. I was already a pretty loyal customer but after trying another shop I am completely dedicated!

My fiance and I take both of our cars here. They couldnt be more reliable. We are recent graduates and have limited income, this place always calls before they do anything with a quote. I have used many mechanics, being born and raised Charlottesville, these guys are awesome, super fast, super friendly. Even our grandparents car now goes to Thomas Wheel and Auto. Thats how much we love them. A++

People at Thomas Wheel Alignment are very nice to deal with and very reasonable on repair charges. I am very satisfied with the work they did on my cars and they charged only a fraction of what Brown quoted me for the same repair (Brown quoted me $405 plus tax and Thomas Wheel Alignment did the same repair under $81). Thanks Thomas Wheel Alignment !!!

They have been great to work with and are always watching out for my budget and work with me to develop a plan of attack! I have had oil changes, state inspection, brakes, power window work, engine codes on two of my cars. Very friendly, family owned business.
