Be afraid! If I could give zero stars I would. This is unreal, but it happens. We brought our car to have a normal inspection, the car was put up on the lift, hood open not sure why. The shop never closed the hood, the hood opened severely damaging our car while on a highway. Thankfully no one was physically hurt. I called the shop and asked to speak with the owner. I was referred to Dre. Dre has a very confrontational demeanor. There wasn’t a single sentence that he don’t yell over me. He did however say bring the car and let see what we can do. I asked what time he would be open, 9am, I will be there. He asked that we have the "girl" at the front desk call him. I said we will be there at 9am. It was amazing to me as a business owner of a body shop in the Bronx as well, of his process. When we arrived someone at the shop said he is not in until 1030. When I called him frustrated, the conversation erupted. He ranted on all the problems I had and how I was a liar that we didn’t speak to the "girl" Dre you knew I would be there at 9am. Regardless he waited 5 minutes for my father to return with the car, and called me back to argue with me and say see you are a liar you didn’t speak to the "girl" you spoke to a mechanic. Really how would we know who to speak to and who not to. He yelled I was going to fix your car, but no you can sue the shop, I don’t care you are crazy and hung up. So if this is what you are looking for please see Dre I am sure he can be as helpful to you as he was to us.

I had a small fender bender but when looking at the damage you would have thought it was a major deal. Which, thank goodness turned out to be no big deal. They handled everything from soup to nuts including insurance issues. They told me to ask if the other driver had the same insurance as I did which it turned out he did and I had no deductible. When I saw how many cars were in there I thought it might take a while but they run that operation like a well oiled machine. They replaced the front end and I had my car back in about a week. Theyve got their own paint booths manned by artists - you would never have known. I cant recommend Fort Washington Auto Body Repair enough.

Very punctual and honest service. When I brought my Mercedes Benz for repair, Tom was very honest to tell me that the price of the side mirror glass was less on the passenger than compared to the driver side. if he charged me more higher, I have no choice but still pay....but HE DID NOT! Its HONESTY that we customer valued so much. I will always come back.

AMAZING!! Simply Amazing!! I took my car here for repairs after getting by another car. The insurance had Fort Washington on the list of body shops they work with. I was assisted by Joaquin who has excellent customer service and went above and beyond with getting everything perfectly done. I recommend this place they are very professional.

I have been to the shop twice and both times Tommy has taken care of everything rightaway, they take care of every detail,when they say your car will be ready they are very punctual and very professional. I feel they are the best. Mr. & Mrs Castro
