I go in and ask to get my light bulb changed, i have the bulb too. They want $15 at first but we negotiate for $10. Worker has a hard time changing light, and then workers drop all batteries from their flashlight into my engine. They have to spend another 5-10 mins to search for them and they still cant find the spring and are like oh well. The manager gives me a hard time asking me if its worth $10 to have his workers spend all that time on my car (about 20-30 mins) and I agree it aint but then your workers should know how to change the light on the car. Manager was very rude overall pretty much saying its my fault,,,Guy is a jerk just like most mechanics out there so I will not be going back here anymore

This auto repair shop took very good care of me when I went. They gave me excellent prices and the customer service was great!. If you guys got ripped off (which I highly doubt) then there must of been a confusion. This auto repair shop has great deals and I go to them all the time and will always keep going back. I went to get a part changed and they gave me guarantee nationwide for a year and 11 months into it my parts I was in boston and the towing service came and helped me and the auto shop ordered the parts for me and I ended up not paying a dime. They didnt even charge me for labor! I will definitely recommend this auto repair shop to anyone anyday!

I went to this shop and the Manager was so delightfull, treated me really good and didnt over charge me. Like other Auto shops from around the way. I went to change my tires, and fix a couple of problems that my car had. They charged me less than the price i was originally given by another shop and there guys were really nice. The place was really busy, so the manager offered to take me home and pick me up once the car was all done. I loved the service and would definitely go again if need to.

They have no desire to keep customers. I came here for an inspection instead of my usual spot because it was on the way home. They told me that my license plate bulb was out and it costs $20, I told them I will go buy it from advanced auto parts for $5. The lady said it will be an additional $20 since I failed the inspection. Charged another $3 fee for using credit card. Never going back here again.

I have been servicing my 2004 and 2011 Honda CR-Vs here for the past 3 years. The prices are always fair, and they always tell me the truth about what is wrong. YES, I have checked with another mechanic on occasion and Im always happy to know that they are honest. Oil changes are fast and affordable. These are HONEST, Hard Working People. Happy to have them in a great location.

Stay away from these folks. Inexperinced mechanics working on your car and the owner is horrible at best. They charged me $5000 for a a repair, held my car for 30 days and didnt fix the issue. I then out of shear fustration took my car elsewhere, fixed in 1 day and $200. They are a rip off shop that fixes cars with a "trail and error" attitude in which you pay for.
