If I could give this place a negative star I would. I am always leary of local gyms because they can have fishy practices and this place just proved me right. I joined the Gym on September 26, 2016. Upon signing the contract I was told that I would have two weeks to try the gym and if I did not want to stay at the gym I would have to let them know and they would have to charge me for the last month (which would be October 26, 2016). Those two weeks at the gym proved to be very frustrating. The gym is very small, and even though it never gets fully crowded, even moderately crowded times you will have to wait. The stretching area is pretty much nil, and the cardio machines get taken very quickly. Weight area is small and you feel like you are always on top of someone. Needless to say within two weeks I decided that I did not want to continue my membership. So on October 14 I informed the person at the desk, Evelyn, that I do not want to keep paying for the gym and want to cancel my membership. She asked me why and I informed her I do not want to pay for a membership anymore. She stated that she will cancel my membership and that was the last time i went to the gym. On November 26 I was charged again by Xtreme fitness and when I went in to ask why (talked to Evelyn again), she stated that I did not sign a contract indicating that I wanted it ended. She never informed me that I had to sign and the initial contract only states that I had to give them notice which i did. when I ask to speak to her boss she refuses to give me their name or contact information and further informs me they will charge me for December as well. When I ask for a copy of the cancellation paperwork I signed, she also refuses to give me a copy. Do not join this gym!! They show they are not honest business people and if you deal with Evelyn record your encounter as she has shown to be a liar. I have filed with the BBB and will follow up review with results of the investigation. Again do not join this gym. Update 12/29 So, the gym did do the right thing and refund my money. I do believe if I never contacted the better business bureau I would have been screwed, but nonetheless they did the right thing. So they get two Stars

I needed a Gym extremely close this fits the bill. Not the greatest looking gym its small but people here workout. I wish they opened a bit earlier like 5 am. Gym is clean and its priced i think for what you get i wouldnt pay more than their sale price. Any higher it makes planet fitness look like a better option.

Very unprofessional in customer service. Front desk rep Evelyn was harassing me to spit out my gum meanwhile other men who were doing the same thing flinging weights were said nothing and even left the front numerous times unattended. Definitely not professional !!!

Probably the best gym in the area in terms of wait time for equipment. I suggest going during opening for the least wait time. Activation fee with first month payment is quite expensive, so if you are only going here for a month or two, its not worth it.
