I am a very busy person with no time for their nonsense. I made the on-line appt. It said 16 minute wait. When I got there, they confirmed my name with their appointments and told me it would be 10 minutes. (There were only 3 stylists.) In the next 25 minutes 6 people had walked in, they told everyone of them it would be 10 minutes, hmmm.They called in the 4th person, then the third person (I was number 2) and then the 5th person when I became very verbal asking them why they called them before me who was sitting there for 25 minutes. The lady said "did you let anyone know you were here?" Now I felt like punching her in the face for that stupid remark. Then she said they made appointments on line to which I said I did too. She said "O, I see, you were put in twice. You are at the top and the bottom of the list". "Dont worry, well take you next in about 10 minutes". I was ready to explode at that point so I left. Bottom line, if you have nothing better to do but to wait while friends and family of the stylists? get preferential treatment, thats the place for you.

I just returned home from an awesome experience at great clips in Depew. My stylist was so nice and friendly. I gave her a vague description of what i wanted and she made me look more handsome than i have in years. NO JOKE, Kelly was so confident and good at her job I was at total ease. Kelly has shorter blond hair and you should request her if you would like a similar experience. I will be returning to her every-time Im in Buffalo and need a cut. If you dont like waiting just use the online check in and plan to get there when the wait time is up, also they are rarely busy after 7pm. Good things come to those who wait.

I gave incredibly specific and precise directions to the woman who was cutting my hair. She decided to make my hair her own creation and throw my opinion on my own hair out the window. I could not have been any more dissatisfied and irate with the finished product. I will not be returning to any great clips and will continue to share my experience. I didnt come to a chain hair dresser for a piece of art on my head I wanted a trim and got some trendy garbage style that I in no way asked for.

The haircuts are cheap and they do a pretty good job with them. The place looks pleasing and the staff is the only downside. Sometimes their version of an inch is.... not an inch. I never see the same stylist in twice, and you dont even sit at their own table - someone elses credentials doesnt really do anything here. But thats not really a big issue, the point is they do their job for cheap.

Amazing experience! Could not be more welcoming as a group of stylist! Great cut every time! They make you feel like family when you are there. They include you in conversation, suggest products appropriate for your hair, and cut it they way you ask! Courtney, Michelle, and Phalyn are my favorites! But everyone there does an amazing job! Love going there!

Every time I have gone there it has been an excellent experience they not only cut my hair they do my sons. I have read the other negative reviews honestly people where you having a bad day before going that is my impression

SUCKS - shaved my whole head. Terrible - do not go to this location. Always had great haircuts but the fat hairdresser was too lazy and shaved all my hair. Very upset. Do NOT go here

I have always been happy with my service. Staff is friendly and I have always gotten a great haircut. Sometimes the computer seems to act up but doesnt effect the haircut.

The whole time the hair stylist was yelling across the room to her co-worker and did an awful job with the fade. DO NOT go there if youre looking to do a fade.

Decent lower cost haircut, they allow for online appointment and have an android app to tell wait time. Keep sending me 6.95 haircut coupons in the mail too.
