Technically this could be a 2 star review when I consider other factors, but for my own personal experience it remains a one. I scheduled an up-do for a wedding I was standing up and had no problem getting through on the first try. However, several times thereafter when I attempted to contact the salon no one answered nor returned the messages I left. When we arrived at the salon, the stylist had set up a table with muffins and pastries in a separate room which was very nice. (I had also brought pastries because, having not been able to communicate with any of the salon workers, did not know they were getting muffins). For a 2 oclock ceremony we were scheduled at 11am which I thought was cutting it a bit close.... The stylists chair was separate from the others and I was not able to see or hear the other bridesmaids ofr the bride. This was disappointing. The up-do I had was awful. My hair was teased (expected) but never smoothed out (I kept waiting for her to do something about it). I asked for my hair low and to the side and somehow I ended up looking like a lopsided Princess Leia. I had bangs, and told the stylist (Molly) that I was fine with then off my face or swept to the side. She teased them, and then proceeded to put a HUGE dent in them with the curling iron. Her attempt to salvage the style turned out terribly. By this time it was already Noon and I still had to return to my parents house, change, and meet the limo by 1pm. I paid $65 and looked ridiculous. Definitely over-priced for the Buffalo area. If you are looking for a bridal salon I would recommend Salon in the Tower (they are more affordable, more accomodating, and do a better job). The reason I would have given them 2 stars is becuase the two other up-dos looked awesome! And the mimosas and muffins we a nice thought.

DO NOT GO TO MOLLY AT THIS SALON! I recently went to this salon to get my hair dyed and trimmed by Molly(another reviewer complained about her already). I was looking to get an ombré as my first professional hair coloring and Ive never been so disappointed. My hair was barely trimmed and Molly never even dyed the hair, she just put bleach on the bottom and that was it. I have a line going across the back of my head where the bleach was never blended and for some reason Molly decided to bleach the front of my hair(bang area) and just left it as is. I left the salon because I couldnt see the back of it and went home only to realize I looked like Stacy London but my hair was a yellow/orange color and it was a much larger section of hair. I have long hair and I really like it that way so the decision to get it ombré was considered for over a month and I honestly cant believe I paid over $150 for a hair dye that my mom could have done. I might just end up cutting all of the I blended orange/yellow mess, which is over 10 inches b So for the sake of your hair DO NOT GO TO MOLLY unless you want to end up with terrible looking hair.

Amie has been cutting my hair for years. I drive 45 minutes to get my hair done because honestly, shes the best. My hair has never looked so amazing. Amie takes the time at the beginning of my appointment to ask what Id like to do with my hair. Together, we come up with a plan which is perfectly executed every time. I leave the salon looking and feeling wonderful! Recently, Amie and Alyssa (not sure of spelling) did my color for me for the first time. It looks fantastic! I look forward to my future appointments and I have never been happier with my hair. Highly recommend this salon!!
