I only made this 5 stars so someone would see it. I went in the other day for a quick cut. And the lady sure gave me a quick cut and absolutely the worst hit cut ever! I asked for a simple inch off my hair... My hair was down close to my belly ... She holds up maybe an inch and a half and says this would be healthier so I said ok... I got there at maybe 5:23 and she had finished by 5:40 including washing and not to mention we talked a bit at the beginning. So in less than a full 20 minutes she butchered my once long pretty hair it is now above my boob. She took off 4 inches. I immediately cried and still am crying and its 2 days later. I tried to call and talk to a manager and they put me on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up. I have never been so upset IN MY LIFE.

Cassandra, Jenifer , marlen, and Juanita. I approve. Advice: Let me break it down. Some people walk-in and put their name down and leave. They come back around the estimate wait time. So if they are taken before you, perhaps they were already waiting. Second, the guy who couldnt make an appointment. Its a walk-in base salon. If you dont know a stylist personally you cant make an appointment. Why? Because not every stylist can make appointments. Does that choice suck? Yeah! But thats the companys rule. If you know a stylist that works there, and she takes appointments, then make an appointment. They take appointments for a reason. They worked hard to get there. So dont get too upset. I promise you if you go see those people listed above, you will be fine! <3

If your a male, your good to go. Females-better luck somewhere else. I walked in at 2:15 and was told the wait time would be 40 min i told them thats fine i would wait. 2 gentleman walked in 20 minutes after me. At 3:15 neither of us have been seen, which didnt bother me because i knew there was 2 women that were in front of me that were almost done. However when the stylist was free she walked over to the male the came in after me and told him to "come on back honey i will help you." I stood up and said excuse me mrs. I was here first and have been waiting (time now 3:30.) She laughed at me and walked away. I angrily walked out and will never be walking back into their doors again. My first experience was great and i should of left it at one time.

I had a regular from somewhere else do my hair but out of the blue on a bad hair day decided to go here to get my hair cut. I dont have the easiest hair to cut with it being thick and coarse, but I saw a lady in here and she gave me an excellent haircut and was extremely relaxing and pleasant! I think I might have to change to Hair Cuttery!

I have been to this hair cuttery numerous times and had one stylist that I didnt care for that messed up my hair. However, the manager made it right by having a stylist correct the color and I was impressed with the customer service. Cherrelle is an amazing stylist and colorist I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area.
