I have never had a more awful experience with another company in my life. I rented a pod when my mother passed away in July 2016. I requested the pod to be picked up in November 2016. Was not able to get in touch with anybody. I received a phone call in December staring my unit was in "auction status" and that they would be picking it up on Monday. Monday came and went and I didnt hear from anybody. Now we are in March and I received an email from account manager VICKY COX stating that the unit was in auction status and I needed to pay. I responded to the email informing her of the circumstances, that I was not responsible for the past due balance of $560 and I have been waiting for the unit to get picked up for months. This was on a Friday. She had the unit picked up on Monday, then proceeded to ignore my correspondence in regards to the balance. Assuming that since she did not respond, it was taken care of, I was very surprised to receive another email from ASHLEY MILLER just this past week. I called and explained the situation to her, she said she would forward it to her supervisor and they would be in touch. I received no further correspondence from pods, however I just received a collection notice for $982.99! I attempted to reach out to pods and was transferred to a voice mail by MARIA, then called back and requested to not be transferred while speaking with CHRIS. He spoke over me then transferred me. When I called back I got him again and requested to speak with his supervisor. He argued with me stating that he was not rude then eventually transferred me to DOMINIQUE. She was the most helpful person Ive spoken to so far. What I learned from her was that VICKY COX is the direct supervisor of ASHLEY MILLER. I was provided with direct extensions to both (that dont work). I left Vicky a voice mail and will be surprised if she returns my call. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY IN MY LIFE. I am absolutely mortified that this company has pushed me around just to make money in a situation where I lost my mother and was not left with anything besides old furniture. How can a company stay in business by treating people this way? I am heartbroken that my unfortunate situation was taken advantage of so badly and now I owe almost double of something I already could not afford. Absolutely terrible.

PODS has great customer service. Its been so refreshing to speak to a service representative within my own country (multiple times - Im hands on) that actively took care of my moving needs. In my case, I not only needed to move from my home, to another one, but also needed to have it stored at their facility not far from my new home. PODS is a top notch company, that treats their customers with dignity, knowledge, suggestions, helpfulness that made my move much less stressful.

Pods is in essance a terrible place, their customer service representatives have been nothing but nasty to me, when i asked them to pick up the pod they blatantly hung up on me and tossed me to the way side and began charging me for the time it was on my property well after i was asking for it to be picked up. Unacceptable and terrible customer service. They have also hung up on me at least 6 times when ive tried to dispute these charges.

Service and experience was excellent. They brought the POD on time and picked up immediately when I asked to have it taken to storage. I had my POD in storage for 1 year. Nothing was broken, They were very nice to deal with. I would use them again

Due to a variety of circumstances, the pod was a lifesaver. It was clean, did not leak when it rained and held an amazing amount of stuff. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and pleasant.

Friendly and helpful customer service. Makes moving alot easier. They need bigger pods available tho, the 2-3 room pod is pretty tight.
