Most horrible move I have had in 40 years. Shoved my refrigerator through the front door damaging the doorway of my new home. Took glass out of an antique piece of furniture and never put the moldings back to hold the glass in place. Hence, when I opened it the glass fell out breaking and damaging the wall. Boxes were not put into the correct rooms. Found at least 20 boxes in the garage that belonged in the attic. Wires pulled apart on my break front and they sent a non electrician to fix it. Now when it is plugged into the wall it creates a circuit breaker to flip. Trosa is saying there is nothing wrong with it. Of course, they have not seen it and say they will not pay for an electrician to come out to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I wish I had gotten the guys to write down their names so I could give them each a shout out, but they did an incredible job. They worked hard and got the job done faster than I could believe. They moved 2 third floor apartments into 1 house in about 2.5 hours. They even wrapped furniture, put everything in the proper rooms, then set up and unwrapped the furniture. How is that even possible in that time?! Its definitely a testimony to their amazing team work. Every one of the crew were extremely friendly and polite. Overall, it was a FUN move, which is something I never thought Id say! These guys are incredible!!! I definitely recommend TROSA to anyone moving in the triangle!

Our experience was horrid. The packers failed to wrap our household goods, dumped them in giant wardrobe boxes (which we then had to pay extra for), or just loaded them on the truck without a box, and stuffed our moving blankets on the floor rather than wrap them around our furniture. As a result almost everything we own is broken and damaged. When the truck arrived, we were picking our kids toys, screws, and pieces of wood and glass off the floor. Then, they denied our claim and refused to return our phone calls or emails when we requested a refund. Moving is stressful enough- hire a moving company that will actually pack your household goods.

Over the past twenty years, our family has made several moves, within a city, within a state, and from the coast-to-coast. Weve used corporate moving companies, local and nation companies. By far, TROSA was the most professional and efficient, and cost-effective. The movers were polite, worked quickly, but carefully, and Jeremy, who was in charge of the move, was an excellent supervisor, but he also helped move things and put things together. They went above and beyond the norm. I will recommend them to all of our friends and use them again in the future.

This was a long-distance move. They were slightly more expensive than the other movers, but they were worth every penny. They damaged none of our furniture. They wrapped everything and it was an organized and efficient pack, load and unload. As a side note, I am watching the disorganized mess unload next door from a national company that quoted our job. Being able to compare my experience with that I realize just how good TROSA is. It was worth every penny to pay guys who care.

Cannot say enough good things about the Trosa crew we had today. They hustled to load our stuff, yet were careful with it (and it was 90+ degrees today!). Very polite and personable, even though there was an error in communication from their office (they didnt communicate the full inventory I filled out so guys thought move was smaller). They got a full 2 BR moved in just over 4 hrs. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

Excellent! Outstanding Teamwork. Respectful. Considerate. Professional. An ULTIMATE moving experience. Thank you for the 2 dozen +, stronger than strong, gentlemen and 3 trucks who moved our home from North Raleigh to Wake Forest over 2 days. You were so thorough, so expert with our 1500s,1700s, 1800s Antiques and all the items filling our home. Everything padded, taped, wrapped, more pad...including walls!! Excellent!

They got all my stuff there... and somebody elses. Which was nice because I like free things. But then when I found their yearbooks I felt guilty and contacted the family. They told me how much of their stuff had been lost. I wouldnt have believed it if I didnt experience it. Definitely pretty surprised my stuff is intact considering this, and the alcohol on the drivers breath. So do with that information what you will.

The company I work for has hired TROSA on two separate occasions to move our office furniture, materials, and supplies. They even assembled new furniture and updated door hardware. Both times they have been amazing. These men work extremely hard, extremely fast, and extremely efficiently, all while providing service with a smile. They are always polite and extremely helpful. They moved me approximately 20 miles across town last summer. Before they made a quote, they came by my home and took inventory, sent me the quote via email and I booked them. They arrived on time, and these guys worked! They do not waste time! They packed the truck and then expertly unloaded my belongings at my new home. They did break a thermostat, however, that was replaced within a week!

These guys were great! Packed my kitchen and loaded the rest of my three level townhouse in 4 hours. They were efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend them. When they finished unloading they made sure we didnt need any more assistance before they packed up and left. The total was actually LESS than the initial estimate! I am so glad we were able to use TROSA for our move. ☺️

Very professional and courteous. Moved a upright piano without incident as well as the rest of my house in 2 hours. Everyone on the team was happy to be building skills and putting in an honest days work. In addition, they are very reasonably priced. All the proceeds go to continuing their mission of helping former drug addicts reintegrate into society.
