Dont let this company mislead you into thinking that they are Myrtle Beach Movers™ Company. They have repeatedly been asked to stop using this name. First used in 2001, I own the federal trademark and the SC service mark and the dot com of said moving company name. From looking at their website youd think they like my business name more than their own. They even give me copyright credit for their website at the bottom of the home page which seems appropriate given how often they use my name. They have been asked for the last 8 years to quit using my brand name. Dealing with an honest moving company is important folks.

The loading and download crews were very pleasant and did a nice job packing our things. We had a very narrow steep staircase to get to the basement and the crew never complained once. Only two small inexpensive items were damaged which was awesome considering how much antique glassware we were moving. Weve moved several times and so far Chavis has been our best experience.

Chavez movers were very good and efficient. HOWEVER, the "secure storage" left a lot to be desired. We couldnt get into the stored items, but their warehouse personnel sure could. We were missing a LOT of small items and were told they were not responsible because they had not packed our move.
