I chose Rapid to move my family across the state because they appeared very trustworthy and reliable. The move itself went ok - movers were conscientious and appeared to pack our things in the truck very carefully. After unpacking and doing a walk through I found many pieces of furniture had been scratched and damaged - which the driver took note of. A week later when we hung our tv we found that the tv screen had been damaged as well. I had taken insurance out to ensure that any damage would be covered to avoid a situation such as this. About 15 phone calls/emails and almost two months later they did send me a check for the tv. They committed to fixing the furniture but after I stopped calling them they never followed up. More than 6 months later i can assume they wont be taking care of the repairs as they had committed. Overall I am most dissappointed with the staff that was responsible for the post move affairs - no communication, long delays and the constant avoidance.

Rapid Moving & Storage is INCREDIBLE! Our movers were very professional and there isnt a better word than RAPID to describe them! My family and I were blown away at how quick our movers worked, but still working with the most care and concern for all of our belongings! Our five-man team in Falconer worked SO fast and efficiently and were so courteous. The team then turned into three when we went to our new home in Amherst. These three were Leo, CJ, and Jones! (sadly, I didnt get the names of the other two we began with- but they were just as awesome!!!) We just thought the movers were great and would highly recommend Rapid Moving & Storage to all! This is the second time weve used this moving service and again, I am very highly satisfied!

I had to arrange a move for my disabled sister in WNY. I live in Minnesota. Everyone I worked with during the process was very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. They took the time to understand the unique circumstances of her situation and followed up exactly as I requested. Sam and Amanda were great in following up on details, Ken gave a very accurate estimate and listened attentively to my explanation of the situation, Bobby, Michael and Brian were very kind and respectful towards my sister who was having a very difficult day. I feel confident that she will be in good hands when they move her stuff from storage to her new apartment. I would recommend this company without reservation! They truly care about their customers!

I have moved many times, and used many companies. I have never moved such a large house, with quite so much stuff, and, yet, Rapid Moving made it twice as easy as any other smaller move I have had combined. Sam and Tyler specifically were incredible! The entire team was professional, careful, very sweet, and had customer service language like all companies should aspire to. I had a good experience with Rapid Moving and Storage. The movers were pleasant, thorough, and easy to talk to. They placed my stuff where I wanted it when we got to the destination. It took a couple hours more than was estimated, but their carefulness and extra care with my good furniture was worth the extra charge. I dont see where they were slow or sloppy, so it was a fair price. I would highly recommend them to my closest family and friends. I have moved several times over the years and this was my best experience yet!

Great, punctual, honest and very competitive...on time, all items moved were cared for - nothing damaged...two men did it all, heavy items were handled with ease and maneuvering these items up a tight and bending staircase "looked" easy...experienced, polite and well mannered...Rapid rep that came to estimate move items was very professional and knowledgeable, office rep was very understanding and polite...We have no complaints and if we were to need moving services again, the answer would be RAPID !!!

My experience with Rapid Moving & Storage could not have been better. The movers were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of my belongings. In addition, they were confident that the job could be accomplished with no difficulty. When we arrived at the new place, their willingness to set up and stage my pieces in the location that made me happy was their utmost priority. The guys that came out were great (Alex, Seth, Mike, Tyler). They were very professional, polite, punctual, and courteous. We had a very large move and they were a great investment. I would highly recommend and refer Rapid Moving to anyone that is moving. Everyone at the company was super helpful and great to work with. We had to move our dates due to changes in closing, but they were able to work with us and were there when we needed them.

Very professional, patient, responsible and respectful. We had a very full household and several brand new pieces of living furniture room and a new bedroom ensemble. It was all handled with care and arrived and was placed where desired and without damage. Owners were involved from beginning to end and helped wherever needed.
