Crazy Life Crazy Love

Cube smart on Pamplico HWY is the nicest cleanest storage Ive ever seen! Me and my fiancé moved our stuff in on the hottest day of the week. To my suprise the staff was very understanding and greeted us with cold bottles of water. Our moving ran past office hours and they understood. This sweet older lady who also works there offered us more water and ever offered to open the office back up so my son could cool off!! ❤️❤️ The place itself is reasonably priced for the space that you get. It is very secure & also guarded. If I could give them 10 stars I would. ☺️ Hurry & take advange of their 1st month half off deal!

From the initial phone call inquiry to coming in and doing the formalities, Judy Norwood made my experience not only worry free but also very professional and courteous. Excellent management that cares about your business. The grounds and building are clean and well kept. I would have left because of the 5 percent rent hikes each year initiated by the corporate office to a renter who pays each year lump sum in advance. But, Judy does such a good job taking care of the facility its hard to give up a facility with such caring manager. Ive basically entrusted her and her team with all my personal possessions.

Found out we needed a unit and was able to get one the same day. Management was very accommodating, cleaning out the last available climate-controlled unit immediately so we could move in. Was also granted temporary 24-hour access which made things so much easier. Nothing flooded during the hurricane which is amazing! Thanks Judy and staff for all your help! The general manager Judy is outstanding she goes above and beyond makes sure your needs are met....The manager jennifer is sweet kind and also goes above and beyond they really were helpful and helped us in a pinch I would highly recommend cubesmart if u want your stuff safe.....the property has a beautiful landscape and setting.....the security is very safe and have no worries

We have used this storage facility for many years two separate times and they have all been excellent to deal with! The management goes out of their way to help! The units are secure and clean. After several years of storage our furniture was perfect with no damage at all and no smell. We have just signed to use them again today...wouldnt want any other storage facility!

This facility is always clean and neat which makes me feel comfortable leaving my personal items there for storage. Always nice to enter the nice clean hallways to access my unit. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Always willing to go the extra mile to keep the customer happy. Best part is access to the units are thru a locked gate with a key pad and I have an indoor unit which is a god send for keeping the certain things from getting damaged by the SC heat while storing them for my job.
