1st pick up all went smooth, container went to their storage, 2nd pick up they did not show up, no call. called in again they said had no record of our conversation set a pick up for CT driver called & said he was in our driveway- guess what in SOUTH CAROLINA not CT. After several attempts container was finally picked up and put in storage. Worst service ever. good luck calling the 1-800 hope you have lots of time & you must make them repeat back everything you are trying to accomplish or god knows where your stuff will end up or where the driver will show up to. Inexperienced driver pulled across cement driveway sideway-not in entrance but across- he called in damage to PODS stating it was his fault pods said no problem we will handle. How they handled was to have a 3rd party call me & state the contract I signs hold them liable for NOTHING. ***READ the contract you will see they take NO RESPONSIBILITY for damages they caused. Would NEVER use again

We moved 503 miles at the end of February. I had called PODS early February to inquire about procedures and prices. The customer service was fantastic, very knowledgeable, very respectful, extremely helpful. There was no doubt in my mind we were going to use PODS. They delivered and picked up our POD exactly when they said they would. Not a single item was damaged or broken. The delivery employees were very professional and extremely helpful. They charged my account in installments on the exact days they said they would. Not a penny more . PODS took the worry out of moving for us, we took our time loading and unloading our items. I would highly recommend using PODS for moving long or short distances. Also the price was very reasonable. Great job PODS! Your employees are your most valuable assets!

They have to be the most unorganized company!!! It takes just as much time to schedule a delivery/pick-up using the phone or your account. I requested 3 PODS to have final pick up only to have 2 picked up. Then when I couldnt get through to customer service I used the "chat" option and spoke with "Shantia", she was able to schedule the final pick up, but offered NO APOLOGY for their error, NO APOLOGY for the time it took to get the pick up scheduled. When asked about the refund of the remaining month paid 08/30/17 - 09/29/17 she said they didnt offer a "grace period"... whats a grace period got to do with days PAID for that are not being used!!! Stick with your local storage companies!!! This one needs better customer service and communication!!!!

I used PODS for a recent move. They delivered my container about three weeks before my new house was completed which allowed me time to move at a more comfortable pace. Once filled they took it away and it was there the day I closed on my house. We opened it up and moved them right into the garage. The cost was reasonable and worth the price of less hassle! I will never move the conventional way again! Thank you Ben and the gang at PODS Wilmington NC!!

pods were delivered on time and picked up on time. I hired local labor to pack the 2 pods. Moving expense was less than half that of a full service mover. Extremely efficient and well-managed by the company. Email and phone notices regarding pick-up and delivery times and dates. Highly recommended!

Poor service & damage done to driveway, I see their online response to my review is to contact their Social Media E Mail. I Emailed & spoke with Pods many times over this issue with NO help. I spent $4900. with Pods, response from them looks good on line to others but is not reality.

Pods was very accommodating when we moved. We thought it might take 2 days to unload but we ended up getting help and finished in 1 day. Called pods and they came and picked up the pod that same day. Great experience!!!
