I just wanted to tell you about my most recent experience with Ship to Shore Travel. Having searched around extensively, I found that Ship to Shore Travel definitely had the best fare for what I wanted to do. Given that I was focusing on price I was not expecting too much in the area of service. However I wanted to bring your attention to the fact that after contacting Stephanie I received service better than I have experienced with large travel companies. She was always pleasant, efficient and communicated with me what was happening. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her including me changing some details at the last minute. I have just returned from the trip which she booked the flights and transportation from the airport and everything went exactly to plan. In this day and age its not good enough to provide a level of service that sees customers happy... they need to be delighted... and you made me feel as though I was family, special and valued. I believe Stephanie is a great asset to your company and because of the service she provided I will always contact Ship to Shore Travel for any travel requirements I have in the future. AMAZING COMPANY!! From the owner Janet to her entire staff, Ive never experienced better service than Ship to Shore has provided me. I stumbled across the website and I could not be more happy that i did. I will use Ship to Shore for all my travels from here forward!

BETTY WILLIAMS IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My girlfriend andbI just booked our trip to Disney at Ship To Shore. The staff is so nice and everyone is very accommodating. They are always willing to answer your questions. I definitely recommend using this travel agency!
