Waterbury office is very friendly and helpful would recommend this office 100%. HOWEVER AAA IN PLAINVILLE CT GETS -5STARS. CALLED THEIR OFFICE LAST WEEK TO ASK A QUESTION ABOUT THEIR DMV SERVICES. I WAS PUT ON HOLD , AFTER WAITING ON LINE 2 HOURS 59MIN. (Yes I stayed on line waiting ) I REALIZED THEY HAD CLOSED OFFICE WITH ME STILL ON HOLD WITH UNANSWERED QUESTION. NEXT DAY DROVE UP ASKED FOR MANAGER WAS TOLD HE WASNT THERE. ASSISTANT MANAGER ASSURED ME MANAGER WOULD GET BACK TO ME NEXT DAY. THEY WERE VERY RUDE TO ME AND WAS TOLD I SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN AT THAT OFFICE IN THE FIRST PLACE ,SHOULDVE BEEN AT ONE IN WTBY CT CLOSER TO ME. NOBODY EVER GOT BACK TO ME. WENT BACK TO WTBY OFFICE TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED WAS ASSURED BY MANAGER THERE WHO WAS VERY NICE I WOULD BE CONTACTED BY HEADQUARTERS. ITS BEEN A WEEK SINCE THIS INCIDENCE STILL NO RETURN CALL . WE HAVE BEEN MEMBERS ALMOST 40 YRS! THINKING OF CANCELLING, PAYING $190.00YR FOR PREMIER THIS US NO WAY TO TREAT LONG TIME MEMBERS!!!! I AM CALLING OFFICE AGAIN TOMORROW IF NO RESULTS MOST LIKELY YOU WILL LOSE OUR BUSINESS ALONG WITH OTHER MEMBERS IVE TOLD.

Renewed my license. SO worth having AAA membership for that alone! There was a line when I went in for license renewals and because I had a membership, they had me go in members line, then I was called up almost immediately. I almost felt bad going ahead others waiting...but thats part of the perks of joining AAA...and the staff was very friendly, nice to everyone, and very patient with every persons questions. I never write reviews. This was well worth it!

This office visit was awesome! I was greeted with a smile and "how can I help you"? The customer service rep was able to answer any and all questions and get me through the process without problems or delays, Oh ya, she also made eye contact. This is a very friendly office.

I went in to collect information for a trip to California with a pet. I was greeted with smiles, and my questions and requests handled immediately. I saw how others were equally well treated. I had just renewed my license at the DMV, but next time I will do it here.

This is the only place to renew your drivers license, I would have been in line at the MVD for hours, it took 15 minutes at this AAA location and the young lady who helped me was wonderful. I was able to do the verified license at this location.

Went to AAA Waterbury to renew my license...was in & out in 10 minutes! Who would go to DMV and spend half a day waiting in 4 different lines to do the same thing? Nobody I know! Thanks, AAA, for making a necessary task so much less painful!!!

Went to AAA to renew my license. I was greeted the moment I walked through the door. Everyone that I dealt with was super polite and friendly. It was a easy experience. There was a line but in no way was it as long or excruciating as the DMV.

Great service. In a few minutes I received several maps and a trip book from CT to the Biltmore Estates in NC. Also received books for FL, Victoria, BC, Canada and tour brochures for Italy and Ireland. Fast and courteous representative.
