I had to bring my 88-year-old father to the AAA office in Plainville, CT on June 7, 2017, to renew his drivers license. My father can be very difficult to deal with sometimes, but we were lucky enough to have Anecia take care of us. She was super friendly, funny (my father and her went back and forth a couple of times joking) and efficient. My Dad has chronic back pain and cant stand for long periods of time. It was so easy to renew his drivers license. I would recommend the AAA in Plainville, CT, to anyone wanting to avoid going to the DMV. Thanks again, Anecia.

Just bopped in to get a couple of maps and a couple of accompanying tour books for a trip. My grandson asked, "What is there to do in Richmond, (VA)" which is the first stop on the trip to Charleston, SC. GPS is great for getting around to specific addresses, but I would much rather have a paper map to be able to plot out a trip that might just include interesting detours, things and places I hadnt thought about, and all the wonderful details that are included in the tour books. I wouldnt leave home without them!

Called Plainville Ct,AAA to ask a question on Thursday May 18 2017 I was put on hold and I stayed on line 2 hrs 59 minutes never got to talk to anyone. They actually CLOSED while I was on hold and never did get to ask my question. We are Premier members paying $190.00 a yr. We have been members for almost 30 yrs. I will be going to the office and cancelling our membership. This is totally ridiculous paying all this money and cant even get a question answered.

I recently visited the Plainville, CT office. I dont recall the names of the people who helped me but their service was excellent, with no delays. I only wish that all DMV transactions could be done there. The DMV employees could learn a thing or two about customer service from the people in Plainville. Had some questions about auto loans and rates and everyone was very knowledgeable. Thanks again.

Well Waterbury stoped doing them idk why...so this is the closest...the men handing the DMV desk are so lifeless .cant hear a word they say- quick talking .very pushy on getting you out of there hair. Seems like they dont like there jobs ...other than them ..the women were nice with sush beautiful smiles.

This is a very nice, full service AAA location, though I have certainly noticed a HUGE difference in the service and staff since they have been taking on more and more DMV business. (My secret got out, oh no!) Still they somehow manage to make it through the day with a smile. Kudos, people.

Every time my drivers license is up for renewal I go here!! They are ALWAYS nice, no long lines and no attitudes like you get when you go to DMV. I will be going tomorrow morning to take care of my license once again and look forward to having another pleasant experience.

Went to get my license done and the people that worked there were nice. The girl doing the dmv stuff was kind, made sure you took a nice picture and was so patient with the guests that were older. Wait time about 45 minutes on a Tuesday at 10am.
