Doreen the travel agent at New World Travel is top notch. She makes sure you get the most reasonable price and is as honest as they come. She will not let you book a trip without expressing her concerns. She also makes sure to support during and after booking. More so, Doreen supported us through our stay in Dominican Republic when we were stuck for Hurricane Irma. She rebooked our flights for us as we would have to call out of country. Therefore, she took the task of booking our flights for a later date and coached us on getting the best price to extend our stay at our resort. We are very grateful for her support. This is why booking through a travel agency is still the way to go!
