We booked our honeymoon with paula. We thought we were in good hands, but when we arrived to hawaii which by the way cost us around $10,000 we didnt have a voucher for a car rental. We were supposed to have a rental car every day we were on each island. Paula was the one who told us we had to have a car on each island and thats what she booked. Then when we got to our second island we had a luah scheduled. Paula told us that it was self explanatory just type the address into your GPS. Well we got in the car and typed it in only to realize that the luaus address was on a different island. There was no other addresses so i called the 3 different numbers that we had on the paper that she booked it through. None of them knew what we were talking about. Then we goggled the name of the place and called them directly. I gave them my conformation number for my reservation and they had no reservation. Not only that but they checked all their locations on all the islands and there was no reservation anywhere. Stressed out and confused needless to say we ruined that day. After the trip was over i called paula disappointed and she was very nasty to me on the phone. She wouldnt let me get a word in edge wise and she did not care what happened. when i called her i told her you know how we were supposed to have a car everyday, she said yes you did and then she said she would call me back. When i spoke to her again she said oh no i never pre booked it because it wasnt cheaper yet she never told us this. Then she said but she did reserve us one, which makes no sense. I know all of this was a lie because i called the emergency number.They looked up everything & told me i had no car for that island & nothing on hold. When i told her about no reservation for the luah etc she didnt understand why i was complaining bc the lady on the phone felt so bad for me as i was practically crying on the phone she told me to just come and she would let us in. paula hung up on me & could careless. She did not want to admit to anything going wrong on her end. The best part is shes the manager. some manager she is.

Jeannie was our travel agent for our honeymoon in January, 2015. We went to Dominican Republic. There was a snowstorm in NY on the day of our return which closed all of the airports. Our hotel was unwilling to accommodate us with a room for an extra night, and no flights were scheduled. We were very nervous that wed have to sleep in the dirty and dangerous streets of DR. Jeannie was wonderful, she was able to book a room and flight for us, and even assisted with the travel insurance for which I was reimbursed 100% for my additional expenses. If not for her, our honeymoon would have been a disaster.

Jeannie was great from the start. I havent traveled out of the country in many years and she pretty much held my hand thru out. We went with one of her suggestions, Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa in St. Lucia. It was amazing, jetblue direct flight, 5 min from the airport - all inclusive with top shelf liquor, filet mignon, shrimp, lobster, mussels, plenty of activities or just relax.. The island is beautiful and the people are so friendly. Thank you Jeannie!! xo

Easily the worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. Stay away from Jackie at all costs. Two weeks before our trip and we still have no tickets or boarding passes, after a promise they would be in our hands 30 days prior. Phone calls go unanswered, emails are not returned.
