This travel agent took our $300 non refundable deposit ( which should have been the first red flag ) and then went on to become so obnoxious, rude, abusive and unprofessional that we had to end our involvement with her. Were now out $300, had to cancel whatever plans were made, start from scratch and possibly jeopardize our whole trip. This woman got on the phone with my wife and then myself, screaming, yelling, and sounding like an absolute maniac. Our big sin was having an ill parent which caused us to delay planning our trip. When I mentioned this to her, her reply was " so what, everyone has a sick parent ". A real gem. We were not rude to her, not demanding of her, money was never brought up as an issue, and we agreed to pay whatever extra expenses were incurred since our trip was now only 4 weeks out. Any time my wife had to contact this woman she had a mini panic attack because she knew we would get some sort of nasty, short, reply. Stay away unless you want to start your vacation so stressed and angry, that half the fun has already been taken away

What can I say but, you did it again! This year’s trip was absolutely wonderful and you now officially get credit for the equivalent of a travel consultants “hat trick”! Each trip that you have arranged for us over the past few years was individually great, but they somehow appear to get better each time we booked another though Coral Reef. Your itinerary was ideal and all arrangements including transfers and private guides were choreographed and executed to perfection. The hotels were not only located in spectacular or dramatic settings, they were located in the midst of all the local action. We would certainly rebook any of our hotels that you booked for us in the future and we would certainly recommend them without reservation to friends and family. Carol and I are already arguing over the destination for our next trip, but we both agree that we consult you for all of the arrangements. Thank you again for helping us to create some great, long lasting memories! We can’t wait until we book the next trip!

She is extremely knowledgeable about destinations and puts together a nice, convenient bundle from airport transfers, to dinner reservations, to golf tee times and more. Amy knows how to make the most of rewards, points and miles which you have accumulated and I have always found her prices to be the best around.

Booked an International cruise for a couple of weeks and it was the best days of my life! Amy helped us from the beginning with loads of tips and situations we might find ourselves in and they were pretty helpful! From the food to things to do to places to see we were fully accomodated! i JUST SPOKE WITH THE MOST OBNOXIONS, RUDE, BITCHY AND UNHELPFUL TRAVEL AGENT. I AM STILL SEETHING FROM ANGER ON HOW RUDE SHE WAS. ALL I WANTED WAS A SIMPLE ANSWER TO A QUESTION - SAID I WOULD BOOK TRIP WITH HER, AND SHE WOULDNT EVEN ANSWER THE QUESTION WITHOUT A $300 DEPOSIT. HAVE A NICE DAY LADY.
