Worst travel agency ever!!!! Every time you call they have to call you back and its never a prompt call back. The only person there that seems to do much is Ellen the manager. Every time you ask any agent to do something regarding an existing reservation it is an issue and you get an exasperated sigh at the other end of the line. I would never ever use this travel agency again. The agents act like they are doing you a favor when in actuality if it wasnt for the customer they wouldnt have a job.

This is my second time booking with Steven never had a problem so far....the first time we went to Mexico we ask for 2 rooms side by side on the ground level next to the pool and beach .Steven actually called the hotel right in front of me to make sure I got what I wanted. Walk me through everything is needed to know..leaving for our next trip to punta cana soon cant wait. The staff is very accommodating. .thanks again to Steven and fahren

I went there to get an idea of how much a trip would cost. I told the agent how much I wanted to spend. By the time the agent was done adding extra activities, I was looking to pay 2x the amount than what I wanted to spend.
