This week, we found out that Travel Impressions actually never booked our Hotel that we have a confirmation from, for our $14000 vacation to Bonaire that starts on December 26, 2007! They lied about having our reservation to the Hotel. I only know that because I called the hotel this week, and was told that they have no reservation for us, because we did not meet the 7 night stay minimum. However, Travel Impressions booked out Hotel and our Air, and took our $6000 deposit. Now that we have no Hotel (we do however have the airfare, if we are willing to sleep on a park bench) to go to, we dont want to switch to a different hotel. So, now we are stuck with NO VACATION and it is 2.5 months before Christmas, so ovbiuosly we cannot make any other vacation plans now - everything is all booked up. This is not a good company to use, they have LIED about our reservation, and made up STORIES, and so far I havent seen my $6000+ deposit money back.

I HAVE BOOKED SEVERAL TRIPS FOR MYSELF AND FAMILY MEMBERS WITH TRAVEL IMPERSSIONS. THEY ARE GREAT! VERY HELPFUL, VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAIR PRICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
