I have been coming here for years. They are honest, do great work and give good advice on when it is worth fixing or getting new. They are also great at retrieving data if you need it. This time, Wang went way beyond in providing great service. I bought a used laptop from him and he has more than honored the warranty, even replacing some parts at no charge, when it was not clear whether I had caused the problem or not. I highly recommend this computer repair shop- in fact I drive 20 minutes to use it.

I come with one problem and leave with multiple solutions!. Sure, I get consistently excellent repairs at a fair price; thats why I return here with all my computers. But Wang also takes the time to offer guidance about avoiding problems in the future, about what software tools really work (and which dont) and about how to get the optimal performance out of my computer. Wong is amazing! After my hard drive was damaged, he diligently worked on the drive so that I could obtain my files. If it wasnt for his hard work, I would be starting from scratch. Wong spent 20 minutes with me going over ways to prevent this from happening in the future as well as secure my information. I was so happy to find this shop to service (dust, upgrade SSD, etc) our 2 Dell laptops and repair a MacBook (for considerably less than Apple Store!). Even though I had to travel from Stamford it was well worth the trip. It was great not to have to replace the laptops and still get use from them at a reasonable price. Will definitely return for any future servicing.

I got my computer and phone fixed here and they did an amazing job. I was having a lot trouble with my computer, a fellow student recommended me to the place. I am so glad I came here, I went to another place before here and I had a bad experience with them. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Excellent and incredibly swift service. My shattered and destroyed and otherwise blank screen was fixed and appeared brand new within an hour. They then supplied an additional service when my phone stopped working due to another, up until that point, unknown issue within the phone, free of charge..The employees are polite and helpful, and will not lead you astray.

I had spilled water on my razer laptop, and the whole computer did not work. At first, I could not find someone to work on that specific brand of laptop but luckily I brought it here and it was fixed in less than two days! They were even able to keep all of my data. I am very impressed with the service, I would reccomend them to anyone with a computer issue.

My Printer stopped working this morning, and I have a lot pop up on my google chrome. Wang fixed all these problems. And my computer is back to normal. He also help me to use something on my iphone 6, and setup youtube on my ipad I will tell all my friends about this computer store in my neighborhood. Thanks again

I dropped my phone after having a replacement glass on it for over a year and the customer service rep. was extremely helpful and kind. He replaced my screen for me and even gave me the extra glass cover for free. I would recommend all my friends and family to go to him, i had an excellent experience.
