I consider Tom and his staff super heroes. For two years, after having spilled peppermint tea all over the keyboard of my Retina MacBook Pro, I was in the position of needing to keep my laptop plugged in at all times in order for it to work (otherwise it immediately turned off). Having consulted with other tech support peeps, they had advised me that my motherboard is most likely fried and it would be very expensive to fix and more economical to invest in another laptop, which I ended up doing. I recently learned of Tom and Two River from a close friend and Tom told me it was most likely the battery since it worked while still plugged in, but they would have to open it to see what damage existed. So for a very reasonable cost to open the laptop to see what was going on (which would go toward any repair - NOT something done by Apple!) and the opportunity to potentially have my laptop back behaving as a normal laptop, I put my trust in Tom and his staff, and have been VERY happy with the results! Tom was 100% correct, they replaced the battery, gave me tips on how to optimize its performance and I now have my laptop back fully functional! I highly recommend Tom and his Two River Computer staff. They are friendly, HONEST, highly knowledgeable, timely AND reasonably priced! I cant thank them enough for saving me a LOT of money and giving me back my laptop freedom and functionality! If youre having pc probs, dont hesitate - definitely contact Two River Computer.

I lived in the area for past 20 years and have retired to Lancaster, PA. Recently I was in the area to photograph several sailing regattas. Unfortunately my MacBook Pro picked up some malware that prevented me from processing and uploading photos to my website for participants to view and download. I was in trouble. I e-mailed Tom at Two River Computer late on Saturday night. He responded Sunday morning and asked me to get the laptop to him Monday morning. I did and their tech Kevin (K2), worked on it and had it done by noon. I am all scrubbed and the laptop is working well. The cost was very reasonable for same day service and a Sunday response. Our home computer was not performing up to speed and we thought there might be some major issues so we took it to Two River Computer for a "check-up". The computer came back to us working more efficiently and I cant begin to tell you how amazing their customer service has been. Joe was assigned to our case and he has patiently answered all of my questions and my phone calls! It is so nice to deal with a business that has that "personal" touch that is usually lost in a bigger organization. I made the mistake of downloading Windows 10 onto my ThinkPad with CORE i7 processing and thought that Windows 10 had completely ruined my operating system; I couldnt even open programs such as Word and all the permissions had been changed denying me access to my files! Two River Computer came to the rescue and restored my computer to Windows 7 heaven and fixed all those annoying Windows 10 glitches. Computer is now fast and accurate and behaves logically. Although I have known of Two Rivers Computers for years, I had never utilized their services. We are very lucky to have such a knowledgeable and caring group of people in the town of Fair Haven to fix the technological problems we run into. I brought an apple laptop that was not working properly to Two River Computer. Not only was it fixed and working effectively in a day, I paid much less than bringing it out to an Apple store and leaving it for what would have been much longer. The communication was excellent. I definitely will be returning with my future technology problems.

Ive had professional dealings with Tom and TRC for many years. They have a lot of knowledge and expertise in many and varied areas of IT; always performed in a timely manner with a smile and good humour. On the smaller end, they have repaired personal PCs for us, removed viruses from my mothers PC, and even converted VHS tapes to digital for us. If you have a technical problem, I recommend that your first call be to Two River Computer. The team there is friendly and helpful, and the company provides good value for the cost.

Thanks Tom and team! My cat spilled my coffee on my brand new laptop! It looked like the liquid was on the top of the mouse pad (hmm, maybe thats what my cat was after!) but I couldnt be sure. They explained to me that even though the laptop was working okay that liquid can travel and that a few hours, days later I could have serious trouble. They took my laptop overnight and made sure that no liquid had gotten inside. PHEW! Thanks for taking my concern so seriously! I highly recommend Two River Computer!

Could not have asked for more -- Tom knew just what I needed in a new computer. We had a brief consult where he assessed just what I would need in a new computer. He picked up my old computer and transferred everything over to the new computer, delivered and set everything up in less than 48 hrs. I thought the process would have a few glitches and I might have a week or so of being crippled without my computer but everything runs perfectly. Would and will highly recommend Tom and his crew.
