What a refreshing experience! Im not too tech savvy so I really count on the experts for advice. Ive paid a pretty penny for tech support in the past and didnt always feel that the services I was being sold were necessary. They really gave me a personalized experience that met my needs, didnt leave me feeling exploited, and didnt hurt my wallet. He answered all my questions courteously and thoroughly. My laptop runs as fast as when I first purchased it and it was ready for pick up the next day. When I picked it up he really took the time to explain what the issues were and what steps he took to resolve them. He also provided me with some valuable tips to ensure that I had optimal performance and longevity with my laptop. All in all, I have absolutely no complaints about my experience. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. Ive found my go-to tech guy from this day forward! Highly recommend.

It was my first time getting my computer fixed at a shop. My friends told me to just go buy a new computer, all computer repair place were going to try ripped you off. But love my computer, I needed this working, because it has all my things in it. So I went online to find a local shop. I found Alphaurax Computer. They were very nice. I made an appointment. when I went, they immediately knew the problem in my computer. The price was reasonable and I left it there to get it done. They are truly, experienced repair people. My computer got fix the next day. My first repair had been a pleasant.

I went to AlphauraX Computer because my computer had stopped working with close to 330gig of vacation photos which were not backed up. Fortunately they were able to recover the photos in my hard drive. They saved my life worth of photos. Big thx! He recommended a SSD as a replacement for my dead hard drive. I went with his recommendation and had him install the SSD and reinstall the Windows 8 OS. The computer now works better than new.

Alphaurax Computer does work on all my office computers whenever we have issues with them. They keep them up to date with all the lastest upgrades for hardware and software, and clean them on a regular basis. I have always been a fan of them, and I am continue to use them over the years for their great service and dependability. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for an IT company or just for a basic computer repair.

Ive used them for a few years now. They have both Mac and Windows people, but I mostly use the Mac help. When I bought new computers over the years, they have helped me copy my files from old ones, so my work can continue almost uninterrupted. I feel personally assisted, which is in direct contrast to the couple times weve tried more institutionalized services like Geek Squad. You wont regret using them - I know I havent.

I always get great service from them, the techs here are a lot more knowledgeable than Bestbuys GeekSqads, I guess people complain about the service is mainly because the different levels of service provided by different employees, but I got to say that theyre the only shop in town which has a pretty fair price and warranty on my repair, no much to complain here.

My dell computer did not turn with a spill of coffee. I have gone to 2 repair shops, they said the motherboard is bad. It would have to be changed at nearly as much I a brand new computer. Im glad I found Alphaurax computer. They got it working
