i hv to edit my review becuz aftr talkng wth my more computr savvy friends, i discovered tht th ppl who claimed to b subcontractor computr tech support for microsft lied...they r not...microsft doesnt hv such...they sold me malware tht can b dwnloadd for free...th electronic depot inc refundd my $ but i wonder if my foolishness allowed thm access to my personl nfo; contacts & such to scam othr unaware ppl...& they nevr removd th virys...i plan to report "new york computer repair" to th bbb...lesson: dnt call any # tht pops up wth a virus warning...evn if th warnng itself is legit, thoz #s r iligetimate...grace & james shame on u...

Honestly, they are fantastic! They completely fixed my computer and made many follow up calls and rechecks to my system to make sure the troubles were gone. New York Computer went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Excellent customer service and very fair pricing make them my go-to company for any computer needs in the future. I know it is hard to pick someone when you have computer troubles, but these are guys you can trust.
