The truth from my perspective of the repair shop is , The 2 gentlemen who work at the store are experienced computer workers. They welcome their customers in a decent way. However , welcoming a customer doesnt always end up satisfying the customers expectation. My laptop was "repaired" as told by the computer repairing employee. After a month and a few weeks , as I received my laptop , I found out the laptop looked completely new. Not that , that was disappointing. The disappointment was due to time and unnoticed information. I had given the store a month and 2 weeks of patience and understanding their "given information" during that time. This store is completely satisfying for those that bring regular repairing problems. I appreciate the new laptop , however if you as a customer knows whats wrong after their given free diagnosis check on your electronic device. Think and see ways for your clear and decent options.

This is one of those shops that scams you. Saying they are crooks is an understatement. Left my laptop to repair a cracked case around the monitor. The guys tried to convince me I need a whole new monitor but I said I just want the case. So after "ordering" parts from China, I had to wait weeks to be able to pick it up. When I show up, the try to convince me they changed the whole monitor of my laptop, even after I closed it and found that the damage was still there!! After denying that they lied and proceeding to insult me, I decided to pack my things and leave.

"STOP" i highly recommend that if you go too this computer repair shop make sure that you remove all your credit card information that you dont want stole or sold,and any other financial information that you dont want used. also enable all your accounts so that your computer dont automatically sign into the stores that you shop at.if you know something say something.

Last weekend my iMac does not start, take the computer to Intelligent Computer Repair and immediately diagnosed the problem and was repaired in a day. This is a great place, service is fast, reliable and always have the answers to my questions. I highly recommend this service 100% the prices are more than reasonable.

Both guys I dealt with were very professional and helpful. They were able resurect my computer from a failed recovery mode with some of my files still intact within a day and we were able to negotiate a fair price for the recovery/installation package they offered. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided me with a FREE diagnosis and All my questions were answered. I left my laptop to be cleaned up because it was running slow. They had it ready for me in the afternoon that same day. The turn around time was amazing.
