brought my phone in they said it would take a week after 2 weeks not hearing anything I called. They said the wrong part was sent they were waiting on the right part. Two more weeks went by so I called again, what is go on ? "We didnt call you to tell that its ready because we dont know your password to get in the phone to see if it works properly" well duh why didnt they call to ask me. I pick up the phone 3 days after I picked it up the phone was on with a black screen, I brought the phone back to them and they called 2 hours later it was fixed come get it. Fixed yeah I can use it now it just doesnt ring when Im receiving a call anymore. So I will be bringing it back again..We will see if this the last time dropping it off.

Rarely is there a place that has such remarkably superb customer service. I was met with very friendly and understanding staff members. They also really know what theyre doing. They also gave me fair prices and even discounts on certain things. They even transferred my phones old memory into my new phone for free. I swear this is the only place to go to get youre phone repaired.

Excellent service. Customer service is exceptional. I went in to have my daughters phone repaired the screen was completely destroyed and we could not back it up and there was water damage on the inside. They were able to fix the screen and we were able to back up the phone. Phone is like new again.

This guys are awesome. They fixed my Mac book pro and left it good as new (It was disgusting with all the viruses) .The staff sure know a lot about all the devices and trade in old devices in for cash as well. Definatly will keep them in mind

Staff is very attentive and knows their stuff. They only use quality parts and warranty their repairs for 6 months for nay problems. They had my iphone ready to go in less than 1/2 hour so I was in and out without any problems.
