Generally speaking, office staff is fairly pleasant. However, the letter carrier woman that we have had for years is an absolute disgrace! Rude and obnoxious (which she is) I can deal with. But the never-ending weekly "misdelivered mail" is ridiculous and unacceptable! I get others mail regularly (I deliver it myself); other people get my mail regularly, I hope they all return the favor (sure that some do not). This village should not have to endure such incompetence. One day she missed my box, so I walked down the road to get my mail from her. She suddenly went into a tirade about calling her "union" and took off and almost ran over my foot. I have called this Post Office repeatedly about this woman. April Oliver, please do something! Cont. Village needs some relief!

I moved to garrison about a year ago and all jokes aside EVERY ONE of the packages that this post office is suppose to deliver to me has either gotten stolen, gone missing or they deliver it to the wrong house which I dont understand since I hung up a huge sign right in front of my house saying my house number and last name. You cant miss it. Regardless Im a very understanding person and I always try to be super sweet and work with them but then the people are so rude to me as if Im wasting their time. I cant.

Absolute worst people in this small town to deal with. They take their job as a joke. Which it is not, this is a federally endorsed business and the should act like they have some respect for me and others. The complain and sigh and roll their eyes or give attitude upon a request that they should be able to handle with some kindness about it

Missing mail for 10 days now because the local carrier abuse the rule of mail box accessibility. I cleaned for 4 hours snow and ice so the mail boxes be reachable, and Coleen said that she also needed to be able to pull off without backing. Just saw in NJ mailman delivered mail in broken from the plow boxes. I guess we are out of luck ...

They have always provided great service to me. It is a small town p.o. and sometimes gets busy. But I have been pretty impressed.
