A few days ago, I gave them a bad rating because Ive had one too many issues with my packages not being received by me. Could be that it was because of a dishonest passerbyer too. But this time when I thought I had not received my package, I found it 2 days later, tucked away in my windowsill. No one in the family was able to see it within range of the rest of the mail simply by stepping outside the door. It would had been better seen on the porch floor. The good thing: A thief probably would not had noticed as well. So I can understand why the mailman may have thought that was the better option. Im sort of relieved about the PO and even moreso about the package. I prefer to believe the best since I will be sending and receiving packages regularly. Both the manager and the clerk were understanding and sincere and looked into the matter. Kudos to you!

The rudest people I have ever come in contact with. They speak to you like you are scum and that goes for ALL the Poughkeepsie post offices, not just this one. They are unwilling to help, rudely sarcastic, raise their voice at you when you are trying to talk to them, and this has by far been the worst and most inconvenient experience I have ever had. I wish I could give this postal service 0 stars. I am taking my business with UPS and never using USPS again.

My carrier left a Shutterfly package by my garage (instead of on my porch) in the torrential downpour the package was disintegrated and my pictures all ruined, $70 worth of pictures down the drain!!! I have a front porch that provides shelter to packages . . .

I have never had a bad experience in this post office! Coming from Brooklyn, NY Ive had horrible experiences. The wait time here is never too long. The people actually smile here?

No public phone number really? Went down there to have them be very rude Dont get me wrong the mailmen are great and kind and look out for ur stuff well most of them anyway.

They get the job done. But modt of the tine theyre loud and really rude. I give it 3 stars since they send it properly and it get to its destination but they are so rude.

Bunch of idiots dont even pick up the dam phone
