Rude teller service. I am a white American and speak fluent spanish. The teller was "so nice" to the spanish lady, accommodating and answering her questions about how long it will take for her letter to arrive, reassuring for any additional services. When I came to the window she barely gave me the time of day. I inquired about making a passport appointment and they made me call. The passport agent was behind her and couldnt attend to me to make an appointment. Afterwards she was practically shooing me out the door before I could ask to buy postage to mail a parcel.

So rude! The gentleman is very nice (that works the window), but the all of the women look annoyed that they have to work. Theyre always so expasperated and tell you that theyre too busy and overwhelmed...you work at the post office- not curing cancer. And I agree with the other reviewer- the one woman loves anyone who speaks Spanish, and talks for several minutes... then I come along cheery and bright, and she wont say a word and gasps a lot.

Snotty customer service. They will tell you in the bat of an eyelash how busy and overwhelmed they are and are not interested in resolution but prefer to be combative and belligerent! The Postmaster "Arlene" is abrupt and snotty too, and quick to justify countless mistakes of her staff. THE most unprofessionally run post office I have ever seen.

Rude customer service, Shane was no help whatsoever and told me I had to figure out my issue on my own when the lady after him helped me no problem. He wasted my money and time, and when I went to the table to write the addresses down he closed his lane on me. Horrible.
