I have a very unpleasant experience with the Highland post office. Postmen are very nice and helpful but some of the employees do not work with you. I printed an online label recently to ship the package they returned it to me and made me pay for delivery and delivery confirmation. I did not receive the refund and they made me feel like I am a lier.

No commonsense and lack of care. My packages were delivered late and left in the rain. No attempt to leave me a notice to come get them. The last time my packages were delivered to the wrong house and I had to go knock on a strangers door. This post office really needs to step up their game

Packages are always days late, always issues with arriving. And they often leave my packages by the road or in a plastic bag hanging from mail box door. My reviews for ups and fedex are perfect. I will never use usps again.
