I wish it was possible to give zero stars. This post office has horrible disgusting service. They have packages sitting there for months and dont deliver them or put them in your box. I once had to physically demand my package that I had been waiting a month for to get it. And when you try to ask about it they tell you, you need a tracking number but only their tracking number that starts with a 9 when other shipping parties deliver to them not just USPS. Ive literally waited months to get a package. They never pick up the phone. They never give you proper information. The workers just seem ingenuine, they honestly should all be fired. You have to go through so much stress and work to get your mail/packages. Do a better frickin job! To all who read this dont invest in anything in here. Dont get a PO Box. Dont do anything.

I sent a customer a 17 Lb. package in a padded flat rate envelope. The postal employee told him it was too heavy for a padded flat rate envelope. (The DMM says that this packaging can can be used for parcels up to 70 Lbs.) This post office location refused to deliver my package without charging the customer an additional $49.00. The customer refused the package and the post office is returning it to me. I am sending out the exact same thing again and will continue to do so until someone at this location grows some gray matter between their ears and delivers the package. I have tried to call this location several times today and nobody answers the phone.

They have repeatedly lost or delivered many packages to the wrong address and where no help whatsoever in retrieving the packages. They never answer the phone when you call them.The mail carrier has on at least three occasions documented attempts to deliver packages when he has in fact not. Reports of this behavior have gone unresolved by USPS management.

Package was never delivered, states it was and they told me theres nothing they can do about it that I need to contact the manufacture and they need to send me out another package. That its not their fault that package is missing. Manufacture will not send another package because tracking says delivered. So now Im here taking a large loss for their mistake

One star off for leaving packages outside of stores & businesses here when theyre closed. This is not safe. Please leave a card in the stores mailbox & we can pick up the package inside the P.O. There have been attempted break-ins, garbage ripped open, & homeless people here. Not safe for unattended packages. Otherwise you guys are great!!

Awful. Our mail lady is rude and never pays attention to whether she is giving the right mail. Ive lost packages, have gotten charged late fees for bills Ive never received and I have gotten other folks bills. Completely disgusting service.

I m waiting for a package to be delivered .. they delivered my regular mail but not the package ... cant get a hold of anyone .. very frustrating !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats phone just rings and rings and rings .. no one ever answers
