Small post office with strange hours. They close for a full hour during the weekdays from 2PM-3PM. I understand that people need to eat lunch but someone else should be available to cover the counter. Could be that they a limited staffing budget. Some clerks are indifferent here. The Teaneck Post office on Palisades Ave is a much better option. Better hours, many clerks and is less than a mile away.

Unnoticeable when you pass by unless you are looking for it. Simple and easy experience. Not sure why they close for an hour and why the woman who worked their didnt have a name tag. Very small area in front of the desk while waiting in line. Not sure what they do when there are more than two people in line (i.e. tax season).

This is probably the rudest and most unprofessional post office I have been to. The lady who works there is in the wrong profession and should rethink her customer service skills. I dont just base this on one visit, every single time it gets worse!! Being protected by the union you can afford being so nasty.

I believe we name is Gloria is terrible she continuously messed up my package She has always made my experience terrible. She is not helpful what so ever. I dread coming here. I have never written a review until today I was Tere for over 30 mins and walked out out of frustration didnt even mail my package

The absolute worst customer service one could possibly think of. I mean, its a post office, how can you screw that up? The one woman who is always at the desk is unprofessional, unorganized, incompetent & rich in attitude. Dont waste your time going to this location… find another post office.

Its the little PO that wish it could. This post office is not accommodating to most people who actually need to go to the post office. Hours are inconvenient and they close when everyone else has lunch and can run to the post office...typical Bogota.

I have yet to have a good experience at this post office. There are never more than 1-2 clerks at the counter; not nearly enough for the very long lines. Many times I have given up rather than wait... and wait... and wait...

Good service - only one clerk who apparently eats lunch ... would be good if the lunch hours are posted on the internet ... a few times have gone there, found out the counter is closed for lunch, then had to go to Teaneck

This post office do not work so great...I try to call several time to get information about a missing package and no one pick the phone plus the phone mail box is always full so I cant leave a message☹️

The woman who works there is very rude and miserable unless its one of her buddys. Ive stopped going here and just go to Leonia or Teaneck. Its a shame smh
