Almost every time I put my letters in the mailbox right outside the front door during the night, nobody will scan them. Whats the point of paying for tracking when they dont scan them?? My letters generally arent scanned until they reach the next USPS destination facility which could be two or three days AFTER I put them in the mailbox. Its a problem when you are running a business and need tracking on your letters to be validated within a certain period of time . An example, I dropped a letter in the mailbox on Sunday Feb 19th, it didnt leave their facility until 5:30pm on Feb 22nd. Why does it take 3 days to collect and send out letters from the mailbox thats 10 feet from the front door?!? I understand Monday Feb 20th was presidents day, but the letter shouldve been scanned and sent out on Feb 21st.

The postal worker didnt want to serve me because it was 430 and I had a lot of packages. I didnt think it was right because its the closest office to me and I run a business, so going there throughout the day isnt an option for me. I wouldnt suggest going here if you have several package.
