The person who answers the phone is beyond rude. Be prepared to be spoken to in such a rude manner your head will spin. I called there because I was home waiting on a package Ive been tracking online. I was surprised to see delivered at 2.10 when indeed no carrier delivered the package. I had to have Macys resend by UPS. Next time I collected myself. Called various times with promises for a return call. Still waiting. Now we are only getting mails twice per week and 7pm on Saturdays. They DONT CARE. Now its time to get our members of Congress involved. Hope they care more than the staff there. Some are ok, its the rude and obnoxious woman who answers the phone.

If youre thinking of calling this place to get answers about a package that was missed forget it ! They hardly ever answer and your phone will just stop ringing, else youll have a rude attendant stop you mid conversation to put you on hold for a VERYYY long time. Upon calling and hopefully being answered, be sure to get the name of the person youre speaking to in the event you need to file a complaint -- which with them is apparently very likely! Update: Called back and got the answers I needed. They simply need more staff.

My first time at this location. I came in was not greeted or anything. I told the lady I had a package avaialabe for pick up and she like no! I was like what do you mean you didnt take down my information. She the. Gave me attitude and laughed at me because I told her I am not from this zip code but I work in the area and had the package mail to this zip code she sign and the walked away. If you come up a Hispanic lady with glasses I would walk away.

I have never had a good experience with this location. The only reason Ive continued to return through thw years: location - thats about all this post office has going for it. This post office lost money orders from certified mail and would not reprint the paper, seriously affecting my credit with my landlord. Counter help insists on doing separate transactions for the various everyday services offered. Lines are always horrendous!

Try to avoid this post office location because they are too high volume. The wait is outrageous! The staff is professional but they have no common sense when it comes to expediting the process. I also feel that they should be open longer. I got an Endicia account and will pay a monthly fee just to avoid this horrible place.

What you can expect from a government agency. Employees are polite but show no urgency when the lines are long. Sometimes deliver the wrong mail but I guess mistakes happen in any job.

I just went to ask if a package arrived for me and the lady there gave me an obnoxious response and basically told me to bsck the hell off. Rude rude rude i could not believe it!!!!!!
